It's a good idea to have a :
A bucket list.
Where you write down all the things that you want to do in life. This is so stress-reliever activity, which I recommend to everyone.
This activity requires your own rules, your own entity and own time frame. And each activity you write down will be called "MISSIONS."
Once you accomplish a mission, you have to cross it out and indicate the time and date and place where you fulfill the mission.
If you have an extra time, do a scrapbook about it also. That would be so creative activity. You'll put something in that scrapbook which reminds you about that mission you did.
Yup! A lot of work but you'll comply your memories, creatively.
These are the sample activity you can right down.
