30. Eat Food. Healthy.

In 20s where stress became our surname, it's important to eat the food we want, that will serve as our stress-reliever. Tho, I know that we're already saving, at least give yourself a free time.

Eat the food that you want and still be healthy. Don't hassle yourself about anything because whether you like it or not, day will be over soon and will start a new one tomorrow.

Try to learn how to cook too. In 20s you will have a lot of moments where people will expect that you can now provide your own food.

But, still be healthy. We have a long way to go and sickness is not included to that. Excersize your brain  75 minutes per week. And by that, you are expected to read magazine, book or riddles.. Also you can solve puzzle, answer sodoku and word searches
While, physically 7 hours per week. Drink at least 8 glasses of water too. Try to read book also if you want, you can read the dictionary - 7 words per day. No more no less - just exact. That will help your vocabulary.
