LOVESICK

When Kong came to Arthit and asked him openly about his stares on him, he was quite taken aback and did not know what to say, because he was caught red-handed by him.  So  trying to cover up his deed, he yelled at Kong saying that he was looking at the poster which was pasted on the wall,  to which Kong's back was facing.   He dreaded about his next question of why staring at just an ordinary poster for longer time from Kong.  But before he could get his mind ready for the answer, Kong took to his heels and thereby saving Arthit another embarrassment in front of his classmate.

Now his classmate June was getting quite suspicious about this lie which he blurted out and started staring at him intently much to Arthit's disliking.   He just muttered something inaudible about him being annoying junior.  But June did not take it lightly and kept digging at the possible stares at the junior.   Arthit had to bring the skeleton from the cupboard and said proudly that he had a crush on Kong, but when it developed into liking and then into love, he did not know.  He was quite serious about Kong and almost kept an eye for him everywhere.   

But being the head hazer and third year student, above all a male, he was not sure whether Kong would accept him.  Seeing him all dandy with the girls, which he experienced at the library and always hovering around the class and looking out shamelessly at the girls, and to top all mindlessly stalking girls in the library even standing in a queue, confirmed Kong to be straight, womanizer and flippant, who did not stick to one particular girl.  He was just like  the colourful and different flavours of  ice gola.   Always chilled and served with all coldness to beat the heat of Arthit's  infatuation.

For past few days, to be exact two days, Kong was nowhere to be seen in the campus or in the first year classes, he felt upset and sad and started wandering alone in the campus.  He felt something was amiss and that was his lover Kong.  He felt hopeless as a senior, since he could not claim the person he loved the most.  He had done background check and was relieved that his Kong had an excellent character, calm, stylish, but never good at studies and without any aim or goal in life.  He was after the modern voguish life and thoughts and changed according to the world, seriously unworthy of trust.  But still he loved him and wanted to profess his love, but to no avail.

Arthit decided to give up on him, but  seeing him the third day again , he  rekindled his love for him.  He decided then and there, that he would be lovesick for Kong, but he would make Kong sick of his follies and treat him with his love.
