I'll Always be at the Rock

I walk through the sandy beach, the waves rarely reaching my feet, the sun shining down on the blue ocean. I stare down at my feet and the sand, a trail of my footsteps leaving behind. I start to climb up the rock in front of me and saw two hot, chiseled men.

"Hey, I'll go down if you want some privacy." I apologise, safely going back down until one of them walks and grabs my hand.

"No, no. Its fine, you can join us." He smiles, I nod climbing back up again. Setting down my towel beside theirs.

"I'm Y/N." I greet, taking out my hand for them.

"Ethan."

"Grayson."

They shake my hand, Ethan taking my left and Grayson taking my right, I laugh at their gesture.

"Are you two like, twins?" I mutter, they nod at the same time.

"Who jumps first?" Ethan asks the group, we each took turns looking at each other. Until, I shrug and started to run.

"I'll go!" I yell, diving into the ocean with a front flip.

As the cold, salty ocean water hits my skin, I swam up to the surface to see the guys at the top of the rock, looking from the edge with their mouth's hung wide open.

"Come on!" I laugh, swimming under as I slowly open my eyes to see the clear water filled with fishes and coral. Then felt a pair of hands on my waist, I turn around seeing Ethan with a smile.

We swam up and started laughing at each other. Before water vigorously splashes on us, Grayson jumped beside us, I swim to him, getting on his shoulders.

"Did you see me jump?" He cheers, grabbing onto my thighs.

"More like flop." I roll my eyes with humour, he gasps and swam down under as I try to get off of him."Ethan help me!"

Ethan began to swim down, Grayson went deeper as I gasp for air. I reach for Ethan's hand and finally I got a grab on him, he pulled me off of Grayson and he swims to the shore. He laid me on the sand, I cough out the water that I suck up.

"I hate you two so much." I say with a smile, lying back down on the sand."thank you for making my last day, great."

"Your welcome, wait, last day?" Ethan hugs my side and Grayson on the other.

"I'm dying and I figured a last swim before I get taken." I look up at the sunset, warm colours on the sky, the sun lowering down as the moon comes up on the other side. I start to cough, I put my hand to my mouth and kept on coughing. Until I see blood on my hand.

"Y/N," Grayson frowns, carrying me up.

"Gray, the time we arrive the hospital I'll be dead." My lips curve into a small smile, he shakes his head.

"No, cause you'll fight okay?" His voice cracking, he began speeding to the hospital.

"I love you so much Ethan, I'm sorry for putting you through this." I declare, he holds my hand.

"I love—" I cut him off.

"No, I love you not just friends but more. I know tis sounds cliche, but ever since I saw you I fell." I turn crimson.

"I love you too in the same way, so, please fight. We're almost there!" Ethan tightens his grip on mine.

"It's funny how you have such high hopes, I can't. I should be dead 2 years ago but my dad gave his heart to me. Figures that his heart has the same disease as I am." I frown, before my sight starts to darken, Grayson starts running faster.

"Thank you, you guys. I love you so much."

"No!"

"Don't you dare!"

"I'll always be at the rock whenever you need me." I say before closing my eyes
