The next morning, Nick woke up and immediately checked if Bishop was next to him. She was. Sweetly sleeping. He smiled, looking at her. She opened her eyes, then she did a little jump seeing him. 'Nick. What-what are you doing?' 'Oh, sorry. I was looking at my gorgeous girlfriend'. She smiled, getting up and placing a kiss on his lips. 'How are you feel?' he asked. 'Good. I'm ready to solve the case' 'Okay'.

They got off the elevator holding their hands, then she sat at her desk, and he went on till his own. 'Good morning, guys' Tim said, noticing their good mood. 'Good morning, McGee' they both replied. 'Ellie, you're okay?' 'Yes, thanks Tim.' 'That's a good news. Uh, I've something for you'. 'A gift?' 'Yes, this morning Delilah made her famous burrito, and there's one for you'. Saying that, he got up, while she was already putting her arms in front of her. 'It will be my snack, thanks Tim'. Torres  shook his head, as Gibbs walked into the bullpen. 'So, the case'. 'Yes, boss. I've checked the bank accounts, and there seven big imports every month. The last one is 32 days ago'. 'So yesterday was supposed to be the day of another deposit' 'Exactly. The money comes from multiples online back accounts, I'm trying to track them' 'The wife is coming, Gibbs' Bishop said. 'Ok. When she arrives, Torres, you are with me. Bishop, you'll go to the observation room to look if you notice something weird' 'Copy that'.

Torres and Gibbs started the interrogation, and Bishop could finally eat the burrito. But the smell was very tough. It was good, she could get it, but the smell was just nauseous, and she put it away, focusing her attention on the interrogation. After a while Tim got her. 'Hey' 'Hi, Tim' 'You haven't eaten that, yet?' he asked, seeing the burrito. 'No, I... I'm not hungry' 'What? Are you sick?' he asked, putting an hand on his forehead. 'No, the temperature is normal' he stated. 'Tim, don't be silly. But say thanks to Delilah, really' 'I will' he said, staying next to her, and still not persuaded by her answer.

After the interrogation, the team kept working on victim's life. Nick took Clayton to talk with some coworkers, Tim was working on the money, and Bishop was checking the wife. Without noticing that, she took a snack from her stash and ate it. She was suddenly hungry, but it wasn't a surprise. So she kept working, until Nick and Clayton came back. 'Hey, guys. Any news?' McGee asked. 'Yes. - Clayton answered - someone wasn't so sad because of Hastings' death' 'Give me a name' 'Barry Sanders' 'Okay. Well, his file's not very clean. He was reclaimed because of his behavior' 'Yeah, he's not properly a cinnamon roll' Nick said, sitting on Bishop's desk. 'Has he got an alibi?' she asked, biting another snack. 'Yes, he was with a friend. And... he swears he's innocent' he said, taking the snack and biting it. 'Hey, it's mine!' 'Ok, stay calm. You're sensitive' 'And you're a thief! Now, I go to the bathroom. Don't. Touch. My. Food'. 'Copy that' the three of them said.
When she came back to her desk, she was definitely acting weird. 'Hey, B' 'Yes?' But he didn't want to make her angry, they could talk at home. 'You're beautiful' 'Thanks'.

That evening, she was checking on her phone, when Nick hugged her from behind. She immediately locked her phone. 'Nick'. She sighed. 'Sorry, I didn't wanna scare you'. 'Yes, I know'. He kissed her on her cheek, making her laugh. 'I like you when you smile' 'I wasn't exactly kind today'. 'It's the stress, baby. The most important thing is that you're okay. Then you can insult me. I'm okay with that' 'I don't wanna insult you. Hold me'.
