"I'm Michael" he says.
"Alright we should get back to lunch Lynn" Sarah says.
No. I don't want to leave.
I just want to stare at Michael forever.
"Bye, nice meeting you guys" Sarah smiles and starts pulling me away.
I'm still kind of in a daze but I go with her.
"See ya later Lynn!" I hear Calum shout. "Bye Sarah!"
"Okay so um mind telling me what just happened back there??!?" Sarah exclaims.
"I- um... I don't even really know I..." I don't know what to say. I'm still in shock. "That has never happened to me before...."
"LYNN YOU LIKE HIM!!!"
"Oh I don't even know him Sarah" I reply.
"Well you obviously know you love his face" she says.
I chuckle. "Sarah...?"
"Ya??" She answers.
"What do I do?"
It came out of my mouth before I realized I didn't want to say it.
I don't want to like him.
I don't want to have a crush.
I don't want to admit it.
"Well," she starts. "Do you have any classes with him? You need to become friends!"
"No," I sigh.
"Well you're friends with Calum right?" She asks.
"Kinda.... I just met him today we got assigned a project together." I answer.
"Well if him and Michael are good friends than maybe if you start hanging out with Calum....." She's waiting for me to catch on.
"OHMYGOD PERFECT!" I exclaim. And at that, the bell rings.
"Alright text me later" she says.
"Ok bye!!" I say heading off to 5th period.
Math.
I barely make it through but next thing I know I'm walking into my world languages class. I bump into some kids back.
I look up to see lilac hair.
Great. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HE WAS IN THIS CLASS. HOW DID I NOT KNOW HE WAS IN THIS CLASS?!? I'M SO STUPID!
Okay act cool. Don't be nervous.
I. DO NOT. GET. NERVOUS.
"Oh sorr-" I start.
"Oh hey! You're.... Lynn, right?" He says.
*~squeals on the inside because he remembered my name~*
"Yeah." I reply.
"Oh I didn't know you were in this class hahah!" He starts walking in.
"Same to you" I say as he holds the door open for me as I walk in.

"Where do you sit?" I ask.
Luckily we don't have assigned seats in this class. "Over here" he says walking to the last row in the room. In the corner.
I'm usually late to this class because I see Becca after math and we usually end up talking, so I usually have to sit in the front. Today I guess Becca cut class because I didn't see her. The seat next to Michael is taken though :(
"Hey kid." He loudly says to the small dark haired boy in the seat next to his.
"Scram." He firmly says. Intimidating the boy. He quickly gathers up his books and speed walks to the front of the room into an empty desk.
Michael extends his arm in a swift motion to the now empty seat inviting me in.
"Haha thanks." I say.
That class felt like 5 minutes. I did spend the whole time talking to Michael. Trying not to let him notice my staring. So I found out his last name is "Clifford" and apparently he's best best friends with Calum.
YES!
We walk out of class together but part ways when he has to go downstairs to his next class. I can't believe how perfect he is. I really want to get to know him.
I pass Calum in the hallway. He's with another one of his attractive friends. He's skinny and tall with blonde hair.
"Hey Lynn" Calum starts "I was thinking if you wanna come over after school today and start working on that project?"
"Sounds great, I'll catch up with you later." I reply.
Maybe Calum isn't so bad.
Next thing I know the bell rings during 9th period. I get my bag from my locker and start towards the doors when I feel a tap on my shoulder.
"Blowing me off Ms. Lynn?" Calum says.
"Oh my gosh Calum I'm so sorry I totally forgot"
"It's fine ahaha, my ride is over here" he walks me outside passed the busses to a larger black car. What looks like a young kid is driving it, he wears a bandana in his hair.
"Who's your lady friend Mr. Hood?" He asks with a silly tone.
"Relax Ash she's just a friend. We have to start a project." Calum says when I look over at the windows tinted so dark I can't see inside. Just then the window rolls down a bit and I see the tips of someones lilac hair.
