"Wait, no! Get away from him!" You shouted in panic, fully aware of what Jason did to trespassers. No...No! She was only a little girl! She didn't know she was trespassing! What would he do to the young female?

The girl only dusted herself off, sat up and smiled; unaware of the danger she was in. "Hi Mister!" She chirped cheerily, giving him a small wave. "I like your mask! I wish I had one. But I bet it's hard to breathe, huh? It's nice to meet you though!"

You shot in front of her, going to protect the girl by wrapping your hands around her. Yet all that happened was you fell through her - reminding you that this wasn't happening right now. You threw Jason a fearful glance, silently pleading with him not to hurt her. But...all he did was tilt his head and lower the machete, confused by her friendliness. Oh thank god...thank god he didn't try and kill the little girl. Hold on...did he not see her as a threat? As a trespasser? You sat up and clutched your chest with both hands - half-curious and half-nervous about what would happen next.

"Did you see the baby bunny? It won't let me catch it, it's way faster than me!" The girl giggled, pointing at the escaping animal and chatting to Jason like he was just another person. The killer followed her pointing finger and spotted the bunny, his sharp eyes noticing that it was near one of his counsellor traps. "Come on, come on! Last one to catch it loses~!" She tore off after it, melodic laughs echoing behind her whilst a new chase ensued.

You glanced at Jason, who shot off faster than a speeding bullet as he tried to keep up. Aw, he must really want to play with her. Thank goodness he didn't attack. Both of them weaved between the trees, looking like they were having tons and tons of fun. You tagged along behind, smiling as you wanted to see what would happen next. The masked male sped up his pace, clutching his machete in what seemed to be immense concern. Why was he so worried? What was the problem here? Your question was answered when Jason scooped the girl up from under her arms and held her with his hands, moving her away from the suspicious-looking grass. Hang on-

"Aww, why'd you stop me?" She whined cutely, gripping his shoulders with her smaller hands and looking up at him with disappointed eyes. "I was so close to catching it! I was so so close!"

Jason shook his head; seeing that the bunny had gotten killed by the counsellor trap instead of the rabbit traps he'd set around the forest. He turned away from the bloodied animal and petted the girl - stroking her hair as he grew affectionate. Your heart melted at the sweet action, warmth flowing through your veins whilst you watched. Jason was just worried that she'd get caught in the trap, that's all. Maybe your fear for the girl was unneeded. He carried her back to her spot by the lake, happy to spend time with such a sweet child and not have her be afraid of him.

"Wha-? My dolls are gone!" She wailed, clinging to him and tugging on his work shirt to get his attention. Jason cocked his head, wondering what he was meant to about her missing dolls dilemma. Standing still, he listened closely; hearing voices in the distance.

"God, what the fuck?!"
"Where was she last, Vincent?"
"I don't fucking know! I told her to stay by her mother! Julie's gonna kill me!"
"But Julie was doing the arts and crafts session. Your daughter...she wasn't there."
"Fucking hell. I swear, when I fucking find her-"
"Easy Vince, she's still your daughter."

Jason tightened his hold on her after he listened in on their frantic conversation, his expression darkening as he turned back towards the forest. However, the little girl's face dropped, hearing her father's voice. "Oh...it's papa..." She exclaimed in a soft, sad little voice, forgetting about the absence of her dolls for now.

The killer kept moving, his pace swift and strong as he hoped the counsellors hadn't heard the little girl. Unfortunately, the father had. "I heard something! This way!" He shouted out sharply, swivelling his flashlight in their direction. Jason sped up, but they'd intercepted his path, calling the girl's name in wild worry. "Put her down! NOW!"

"Papa, please don't be mad! I finally made a new friend, just like you wanted me to! Look, look!" She whimpered, trying to ignore her father's anger. "He helped chase a bunny with me!" The girl told her father desperately, wrapping her arms around Jason's neck and squeezing softly to indicate a hug.

The silent male was so touched by her actions that he looked down at her tenderly, a fierce desire to protect the girl washing through him whilst he held up his machete in warning. "Don't be fucking stupid! Get away from him!" The father scolded in panic, causing the girl's excitement to grow dampened.

"But...But..." She was hurt by his harsh tone, gazing at him with tearful orbs and loosening her hold on the hockey-masked man. "But... he's my friend." The little girl replied sadly.

"Listen to me right now!" The father's voice was loud and heated, "He's not a fucking friend. He'll end up hurting you." He tried to warn her harshly, holding his left hand out to the girl. "Come to me NOW! Your mom will be waiting for you back at the cabin."

"I'd better do what he says," The girl mumbled to the man, "My mama will be worried otherwise." She retracted her arms and began climbing down, her feet hitting the ground a second later. But, before she could move over to her father's side, Jason let loose a threatening growl and grabbed her wrist - yanking her back as he prepared for a fight.

"Let her go, you don't want to do this." The man next to her father brought out a handgun - wanting to coax the guy into releasing his friend's daughter. "Nice and easy now..." He murmured, aiming the gun straight at his head.

"Please don't hurt them!" The girl whimpered as she struggled against his steely grip, "Please please please!" She begged faintly, her doe-like eyes swimming with tears.

"I'll give you to the count of three, bud." The other male announced seriously, cocking his gun and glaring. "One..."

Jason narrowed his eyes, pulling the girl closer to him and taking a step back - not wanting to comply with his infuriating demand. "Two..."

"No..." She whispered in fright, her heart beating wildly out of control whilst tears dripped down her cheeks. "Three."

"Now!" Her father shouted, his friend aiming the gun down and shooting the killer's shoulder without another thought. Jason stumbled, temporarily dazed as pain jolted down his shoulder blade.

The girl let out a yelp of terror, the loud sound and confusing scene startling her immensely. Her father dragged her back by the hair and gripped her hand; angry after he'd gotten her away from the dangerous male. Jason snapped out of his disorientated state and lunged for the father - plunging his machete through the air as he attempted to stab him from behind. But his friend took the hit, getting impaled by the weapon instead.

"NO!" The father yelled in anguish, his face contorting into one of pain. His friend simply smiled at him before tackling the killer onto the ground, buying them time to get away. "Fuck man, fuck, fuck, FUCK." He choked out - frozen to the forest floor by his grief.

"G-Go-!" His friend coughed out, getting his temples squished together by Jason. "Get back to Julie! Get everyone to safety!" He weakly ordered, an earsplitting scream slipping through his lips a minute later as the killer literally crushed his skull.

A shrill scream of your own tore through your throat as you thrashed around in the water, waking you up and causing you to almost choke on the water. Jason - alarmed by your sound of horror - forced his way in through the door and gripped his weapon, the killer's blue eyes shining with worry. "I...I'm okay. I'm okay. I just..." You shook your head and covered your bosom, trying to calm down.

"I just fell asleep in the bath and had a nightmare. I'm...I'm fine now. Sorry to scare you." You apologised numbly, not wanting Jason to freak out or anything. He relaxed his stance slightly, but that worried look never left his gaze - like he was anxious of something. Did he think someone gave you the nightmare or something? Huh, what a thought.
