...You just...got shot...
The female officer picked the sweater up from the shrine and slipped it on, confusing you and making you wonder what her plan was. "Jason..." She addressed Jason with a rather tender tone, trying to get his attention and distract him from attacking her fellow co-worker. "Mother's talking to you."
Jason froze; tilting his head towards the female police officer and held his machete in its place...which was through the second police officer's neck. "M-uh...M-uh...oh...m-uh...my...?" He mumbled in his usual, child-like way - being manipulated by the sweater.
"J...Ja...s...on... N...o..." You whispered weakly, still clutching your shoulder and leaning against the wall. Her plan was to trick and then shoot him...you couldn't let her go through with this! "I...It'...s... a... It'...s... a..."
"Yes, my special, special, boy..." She continued to speak in a soft voice, holding her handgun behind her back sneakily. "It's Mommy..." The female police officer lied.
Jason stood up and dropped his machete, his intentions being to walk towards his mother and interact with her lovingly. Mustering the last of your strength, you cleared your throat and shouted out a panicked warning. "J...JA...SO...N... IT...'S... N...OT... H...ER...!"
Your yell of distress snapped Jason out of his love-induced trance, the Crystal Lake killer turning his head and spotting you on the floor, leaning feeble against the wall. Then, he looked back at the female police officer; seeing her face and this time ignoring the sweater - putting two-and-two together whilst he realised what she'd done. A snarl ripped up his throat and through his lips as he grabbed her by the neck, demanding revenge and starting to strangle her to death with both hands. The lack of oxygen forced the police officer to drop her handgun, her terrified expression gaining no sympathy from you whatsoever.
In your eyes, she deserved death. Nothing more, nothing less. You began to feel faint, your eyes fluttering shut of their own accord as your body weakened, slumping to the side and lying completely flat against the ground. At least...At least Jason would be safe now. That's...That's all you wanted. Your hands fell away from your wounded shoulder, tears dripping down your face while you slowly lost consciousness. Something shook you roughly, you being able to just hear somebody's moans and their sounds of worry. Whatever was going on around you, it was no longer any of your concern.
...
...
...
"(Y...Y.../n...n)...?" A very weak whimper reached your ears, that shaking feeling returning to your body. Was that same person shaking you again? "(Y...Y.../n...n)...!!" Their worried name-calling grew louder, hurting your groggy head as it gradually cleared.
"Mm...?" Your eyes fluttered back open, your vision a bit blurry and the side of your shoulder being tremendously sore. "...what...is it...?" You asked in a voice barely above a mumble.
"Y...Y-uh...ou...'r-uh...e...oh...k-uh...ay...!" They loudly exclaimed, engulfing you into a massive hug and increasing your immense shoulder pain. "Y-uh...ou...'r-uh...e...oh...k-uh...ay...!"
You bit back an agonising scream of pain, but a small cry still slipped through your gritted teeth, alerting the male and making him pull back. Oh, the person was Jason! "I...I'm okay... Sorry, my shoulder just hurts a tad..." You told him quietly, trying to get him to forget about your sudden outburst of hurt.
You looked around at your surroundings; seeing that you were back in the cabin and inside your bedroom, in your bed. You also noticed that your shoulder/arm had been tightly bandaged in gauze and the bleeding had stopped completely. How...? Had Jason cleaned out and fixed up your wound? Surprise filled your features as you tried to sit up with one hand, a jolt of pain flashing down your bandaged arm. Guess it was going to take a while to heal. But that didn't matter. Saving Jason...that was totally worth it. It was the least you could do, considering all he'd done for you in the past. Screw everyone else.
"L-uh...L-uh...oh...v-uh...e...y-uh...y-uh...ou..." Jason spoke to you in complete adoration, giving you a much softer embrace as he nuzzled into your collarbone.
"I love you too..." Your face flushed a faded pink while you became flustered, not used to saying it outright. "...I'm glad you're okay." You hugged him back one-handedly - the bandaged one being too sore to move - and calmed down from the fear and tension of the earlier events.
Out of nowhere, Jason's gaze darkened; the killer growing mad at you straight after you said that. "N-uh...N-uh...e...v-uh...e...r-uh...d-uh...o...th...th...ah...t-uh...ah...g-uh...ah...i...n-uh..." He growled at you defensively, disliking your previous actions.
"Never do what again...?" You didn't understand, only cocking your head in confusion and questioning his random anger.
The slasher moved back a bit, his dark gaze switching to a more...serious one. "D-uh...D-uh...oh...n't-uh...t-uh...ta...k-uh...e...h-uh...h-uh...it...s...f-uh...or-uh...m-uh...m-uh...e..." He sternly stated, not wanting you to take hits for him or get yourself hurt in the same way.
"Oh..." You trailed off, feeling awkward and slightly ashamed. However, a surge of energy suddenly flared up inside of you. "But...But we're a team! You'd do the same thing for me... wouldn't you?" You retorted passionately - refusing to agree to his overprotective demand.
"N-uh...N-uh...oh...t-uh...th...th...e...p-uh...p-uh...oi...n...t-uh...!" Jason snapped back, still looking extremely worried about you.
"But I care about you, Jason! And I care about your safety, and I care about Camp Crystal Lake...I care about it all!" Your eyes welled up with tears as you grew exceedingly emotional. "Do you have any idea how scared I was when Lynda shot you and you fell backwards?!" You were very upset, struggling not to break down into sobs or start crying.
Jason stayed silent, his seriousness and frustration fading once he saw how worked up you were. "I...I'...m-uh...s-uh...s-uh...oh...r-uh...ry..." He apologised, half-wanting to keep arguing stubbornly.
"Thank you though..." You thanked the masked male timidly. "...you bandaged my shoulder and saved my life. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you." You sent him a sweet smile, to which his glance softened and relaxed.
Over the next few days, Jason forced you to stay in bed - to give your shoulder wound time to heal and mend. But you had tons of things to do; like draw with the paper and coloured pencils he brought you, read books with him, and go back to writing poetry. Spending time with the Crystal Lake killer like this, and having someone who loved you as much as Jason did, it was perfect. Both of you were completely over the moon with the way things turned out, and once your shoulder had cleared up, the two of you spent every single day together. And with Jasmine too, of course.
"C'mere girl~" You called your pet and patted both knees with your hands, pleased when the doggy bounded over. "Jason, honey, you coming?" You waited impatiently for the male to show - petting Jasmine while you waited. Today your plan was to take a walk along Crystal Lake with your lover, Jason, and the adorable Siberian husky you both shared.
"H-uh...H-uh...er-uh...e...!" The slasher spoke with enthusiasm; appearing out of nowhere as he flung his arms around you and gave you an overexcited hug. "M-uh...M-uh...i-h...ss...e...d-uh...y-uh...y...ou..." His clingy personality shone through his actions, but the way he was acting didn't bother you one bit. To you it was cute.
"I was only waiting for you for five minutes," You let out a lighthearted laugh and hugged him back. "How did you even have time to miss me?" You questioned in amusement, holding his hand as soon as the hug had ended.
"A-uh...l-uh...w-uh...ay...s-uh...m-uh...m-uh...i-h...ss...y-uh...y...ou..." Jason answered you adoringly - giving your hand an obsessive squeeze to show his love for you.
"Aww, you sweetheart~" You softly responded, your heart giving a gentle flutter whilst you squeezed his hand back and felt grateful.
Why? Because, at long last, you were no longer miserable. Anna hadn't shown her face so far, those police officers were dead, no more had shown, and you had finally gotten your happy ending. Camp Crystal Lake - and Jason - were everything you could ever want.
