CH 7 Meeting Up

( Third p.o.v )

They walked in and it was pretty packed with monsters. The monsters watched them as they awkwardly walked to the booth in the back. "Where is your father at?" whispered Annabeth. "He's here somewhere," spoke Hunter. A waiter came up to take their order. "Can you bring us some nectar please?" asked Bob. The waiter left quickly giving the order to the bartender. Music started playing in the background as they got their drinks. "Hey look someone is playing on the stage over there," said Calypso. They looked in the direction she was looking in to see a cloaked figure playing the guitar.

( Wrath's p.o.v )

I sat on the stage with my cloak on playing My Guitar. I could see my boys and the others in the booth. I was pretty angry at first seeing Leo and Annabeth but honestly, I really don't care anymore. It's been years and I have new lovers anyway. I decided to keep playing and actually sing a song. I cleared my throat first catching everyone's attention before I started singing.

Everyone was chuckling at the lyrics I sang. Knowing they too are stuck here in a way as well.

Some of the monsters were jamming out around the stage now. There was a small mosh pit directly in front of the stage.

All the monsters were raging with me roaring as I belt out that last of the song. The minor gods looked dumbstruck.

I calmed down to finish the end of the song. I wanted to be a bit more dramatic so as I finished the lyrics. I let my power slowly flow out in my aura.

Everyone was spooked in the bar, the monsters, the demigods, the minor gods, the titan, and even the giant. My sons and friends weren't as spooked more like uncomfortable trying to fight my power.  I stopped being dramatic cutting of my intense power waves.

All the monsters cheered making beer and liquor go everywhere. I decided to get a drink before going over. "Give me my usual, please?" The Bartender did as I asked giving me a metal mug full of Wraths fire. They named it after me since I drink it the most, its made out Tartarus's homemade cinnamon Vodka and water from the Phlegethon. Now I turned to the booth and started walking. I made it halfway when someone made an announcement, "Outback quick the prize is ridiculous."

( Gunter's p.o.v )

After the announcement, our father had stopped walking to us and turn around to go outside. A lot of monsters followed him out to the back. "Should we go outside?" I asked. "What about your father?" asked Annabeth. "Maybe he's running late. Let's just check out what's going on," said Thalia. Our uncle's got up and motioned for us to follow them out to the back.

Outside in the back, they had a little small ring set up for fights. Father was in the middle waiting for a challenger to come up. "What's going on here guys?" asked Damasen. The monster next to him turned and said, "Apparently Tartarus has found the swords of Athena he's going to have a competition for those who want to win them." " What do you mean swords of Athena. I think I would know if my mother had twin swords being her daughter," said Annabeth. "So much for being a smart daughter of Athena," said Father. "And who do you think you are?" she snapped. "The wisest man around and soon-to-be owner of those words," he smirked. "Annabeth I don't think it's a good thing to anger him," I stated. She glared at me only to have Thalia glare their back at her.

"Excuse me ladies and gents it's time for the main attraction. Whoever can fight me and win gets these good-looking swords of Athena!" shouted Tartarus. Still, my father was the only one in the ring until Annabeth stupidly stood up and went in. "This is going to be funny as Hades," said Nico. Everyone started laughing pretty hard at the minor goddess. "Alright who's going first?" asked Tartarus. "Ladies first," chuckled my father.

I actually felt kinda for Annabeth as she stood in front of Tartarus in the ring. He asked what she wanted as rules. She took a few minutes to decide the rules. She told him he had to fight at her level of power level and with a dagger as well. He agreed upon the river Styx while shaking her hand. He asked someone for a dagger and my father gave him one. The two of them got into a fighting stance. Father walked up to the both of them who nodded readily at each other. Father stepped back shouting fight and the two of them started circling each other.
