CH 22 Perparations

( Third p.o.v )

Everyone finished dinner requested by Greed before explaining. After doing so they all went to the living room where Greed had told Wrath what was up. Wrath knew they were going to have trouble with this enemy. They all waited patiently for someone to explain the situation to them. Finally after realizing there's not an easy way around this Wrath spoke up.

( Wrath's p.o.v )

"Look, guys, this enemy isn't to be taken lightly. We won't be able to help and I think only four of you have weapons that will help." "Well, what's the enemy?" Annabeth curiously asked. I looked at her before answering, "Tartarus wolves." Thalia went a bit pale in the face. "What are those?" Hunter answered Annabeth before me, " There are werewolves who have lost to there animals side. They can no longer turn back."

"What makes them different?" asked Nico. "They are more vicious than the ones Artemis hunts. These wolves probably followed us due to Thalia smelling like the hunt, " spoke Greed. "They're going to be harder to kill since they are down here. Plus only the boys and Thalia have silver. Nico's sword will help as well but the rest of you are useless, " I spoke.

"Okay so what's the big plan?" asked Leo. I turned to Hunter who was thinking of a plan. "Honestly I think our best plan might be to split up." "Why would that be Hunter?" asked Thalia. "Well if Annabeth, Leo, and Gunter went with Greed you'd be okay. I think you, Wrath, Calypso and I going together would be the best choice, " Hunter and to her. "What about me, " said Nico. "You would best with Greed's group. The less big three kids together the less smell." "Okay Hunter, but where would we meet up at?" asked Annabeth. "Easy, at Nyx's place," he said.        " Perfect my boy lets get rest and plan are run in the morning. Goodnight everyone lets go to sleep."

( Calypso's p.o.v )

Everyone went up like Wrath had said to. "My love please come to my room. Please bring Greed with you as well, " said Wrath.
I smiled at him nodding as I went to get Greed from his room. I knocked on his door. "Who is it?" 
"It's Calypso, " I said to him. He opened the door to look at me, " Do you need something?"  "Actually yes, in fact, I need you to come to Wraths room with me." He nodded and followed me behind after closing his door.

Greed shut the door behind me then proceeded to sit on the small couch against the wall. "So Wrath what's up?" spoke Greed. "Calypso should start her training now. I'd like you to help make that happen, " Percy said. I sat next to him on the bed, " Percy you shouldn't make Luke help if he doesn't want to."  I paused waiting to see if Percy would get mad for saying his name. He just smiled at me, " I like it when you say my name." I smiled back at him as Luke watched from the couch.

"She really means a lot to you doesn't she?" Luke asked. I blushed at the sudden question but fell in more love with Percy's answer. "Of course just as much as the other two." He scooped me onto his lap and held me into a tight embrace. "Ok I'll help her out then, " smiled Luke. I smiled at him then remembered my question. "Percy I hate to ask but who are Envy and Pride."

He looked at me and blushed, " I'm sorry to say love its not something I can help dear. The Fates told me because of how powerful I'm becoming I need multiple lovers. They told me when I'm really sure I'll know. Envy and Pride are two of my lovers. This is how I'll know we end up getting tattoos." Percy showed me his right wrist. It had two lines in different colors one was black and the other a silver blueish. "The Fates say my kids will do great thing, " he said smiling. "And you don't love one of them more than the other?" I asked. He shook his head no, " I love them equally and they love each other just the same." This caught me off guard. "The girls love each other as well?" He nodded at me with a smile, " They will love you as well if you are the one." I nodded at him because this was a lot to process.
"Ok let's get started on this training."

Percy picked me up bridal style to go downstairs Luke following behind us. "Alright, how are we going to do this?" I asked. Percy put me down on my feet and opened the basement door. We walked in as Luke started setting something up on a computer. All this different equipment appeared along with a wall of weapons. "First thing my love is I need you to pick out a weapon. Take your time it needs to feel good in your hands." I went to the weapons wall and looked over all of them. I stopped in front of this weapon and picked it up. It felt perfect in my hands like it was a part of me.

Greed stood in front of me in a fighting stance. I was going to learn the basics from him with the help of their blessings. The two of them blessed me to learn the basics to all weaponry. Percy wants to teach me how to use all the different weapons. Percy and Greed said that it would be best to learn. I wanted to make him happy so I said yes. Now the fun was just about to begin.

"On my count. Get ready. One two three start, " said Percy. Our blades clashed and that was the start to a long night. At some point, after an hour or two Percy joined along with some bots to challenge me. Greed said I was a natural probably better than Annabeth already. By the time we stopped, I thought it was morning but only two hours passed since dinner. Percy said time goes by faster then it does in Tartarus.

We went our different ways, Greed to his room, while I went with Percy. Percy had me shower first and laid out some clothes for me. I got dressed in his boxers and a dark blue tee shirt. When he got out I was already in bed covered and waiting for him. He slipped on some black boxers and got into bed with me. "Thanks for giving me a second chance my love, " he whispered into my ear. "No problem my love. Thank you for taking me back, " I gave him a small kiss. He smiled at me, " I won't make the same mistake twice." We went to sleep after we kissed and cuddled for a bit.
