Ceiren POV

Aaaah, so today, it's the famous "belltest".

I lazily rolled out of bed and onto the floor. Yesterday, Kakashi had woken me and taken me from a glaring Uchiha before bringing me home. We barely spoke, though I caught Kakashi sneaking glances at me constantly, probably expecting me to ask questions about the test. But I didn't really care either way. I already knew everything. And even if I hadn't, I'm still the Juubi. And I'm sorry, future Rokudaime-sama, but even you are not a match for me.

Rolling on the floor all the way to my closet, I cast a quick glance at the clock. 10 o'clock, huh... Just on time!

I slowly stood up, and took my clothes out. I wore the same clothes as yesterday. Afterall, I don't sweat + my mist can kill of any impurities in a matter of moments. Dirt or lack of freshness are not things that bother me.

Actually, does anything bother me nowadays?

I was in a zombie like state as I went through the rest of my meaningless morning-routine. I was completely lost in thought.

I don't need sleep or food, I don't get hurt or tired, I can't get sick or poisoned, dirt and cold don't bother me at all, the elements cannot disturb me and time cannot wear me down... I really am a monster.

And I'm loving every moment of it.

I smiled happily as I skipped from the living room towards the front door. Before I went out, I cast a quick glance at Kakashi's door.

Ah, he's gone already?

The corner of my lips tugged upwards, a slight smirk adorning my face.

Aww, so it's not that he sleeps in. He just likes making others wait? Well, all that about being fashionably late. Respect, Kakashi. Respect.

I was casually walking towards the silhouettes of my teammates, whistling on a cheerful tune as I walked. The moment they saw me, Sakura and even Naruto instantly shouted at me.

""HEY YOU'RE LATE!!!""

"Hehehee, well, you see, I have a very good reason..."

Just then, I saw Kakashi walking up to us.

"Morning everyone. Ready for your first day?"

Naruto and Sakura instantly jumped back into action.

""YOU'RE LATE!!!!""

"Good morning to you too, sensei! And yupp, ready as can be!"

I completely ignored Naruto and Sakura's outburst and answered Kakashi happily. Kakashi raised a brow at me while the rest of my teammates, even Sasuke, gave me looks of betrayal. Well, Naruto had a look of betrayal, Sasuke of slight scepticism and Sakura was just seething.
