Adrien
My legs were noodles that were impossible to stand with. They collapsed beneath me and my skin hit the pavement. I looked up, my eyes adjusting to the sudden light. Everything was dark after my vision, and now the sunlight was blinding.
The silence broke and now the city noises were filling my ears and making my head almost ache. The pigeons cooed, the cars honked, and a girl screamed almost inaudibly. I looked around and saw Ladybug. She was running straight towards me and her lips kept forming the word 'Adrien.'
I managed to stand up and embraced her as she approached her. She touched my arm as if making sure that I was real, then her lips kissed me. She had even more passion in the kiss than when we made out the first time, both of us reciprocating the kiss now that we knew everything. Her transformation wore off as our lips stayed locked and she didn't skip a beat until Nino and Alya started screaming from behind us. I stopped and made sure that she didn't want to hide her identity before more people realized what had just happened, but she just kept kissing me.
"Do you forgive me?" I asked, knowing what the answer was but still wanting to make sure.
"You sacrificed yourself for me..." she kissed my lips once more. "Of course I do."
I pulled her into a hug and pressed my lips on her forehead and took in the scene around me. My dad was exiting the house and he looked at me as if to say 'I would like a hug but I'm going to let you finish things up with her.' I broke away from Marinette and then gave my dad a hug, something he hadn't done in so long.
"I'm sorry," he whispered to me.
"I forgive you," I reassured him.
