What I Have Left

Ch.10

I waited until she finally saw 'til I finally nodded at her.

"Where have you been young man. You have been out way longer than I expected you to be and you didn't reply to any of my calls or texts." She scolded me . I just nodded as always. Just as I was about to go up the stairs I saw my dad getting up from the living room.

" Son, we need to talk to you. Come on" He gave me a head nod to tell me that I should follow him in the kitchen. " We are really worried about where you were last night . Your mother was sweating by the phone for a text. Do you know how worry some that is for us. So tell us and use your voice, were you out with." He gave a me a pointed glare and I knew I was in big trouble.

" Umm I umm" I couldn't really get the words out taht I wanted to.

" You what Noah. Just tell us please. Do you have a girlfriend. " I stayed silent. I didn't know they would react to if I said I was just with my boyfriend. So I just didn't say anything. I guess my dad took that as a yes." Oh, Noah this is great , but why have you been hiding her. Surly she is a sweet girl."

" Yeah sweet, just not a girl. " I mumbled

" What was that honey." My mom hopeful since she hasn't heard my voice in awhile.

"Nothing" I said as I was turning away ready to escape this whole awkward situation.

"Hey, Noah I want to meet her soon." My mom yelled as I mad my way to my room.

Once I got in a settled down on my bed and stared at the ceiling. It was now that I finally realized that Theo had feelings for me. I mean little old me would be able to get someone as attractive and nice as a guy like Theo. How could this have happened.

I also realized that I haven't cut myself in a while since Theo and I have been talking each other. I mean yes I still have bruises , but at least those weren't self inflicted.

The more I thought about this the more I was thankful to have Theo in my life. He really is pulling me out of this dark spot and showing me what loving someone truly is. I know my parents care and I guess love me , but I have never truly been loved romantically by someone before and  to know it is with someone I love back is something amazing.

"Thank you" I whispered up at the ceiling to no one in particular as I closed my eyes to take a cat nap.

Over the next couple of weeks Theo and I have become inseparable . We hug and kiss and even have shared secret moments with each other that are both special to him and I. My parents are still hovering over my back trying to get me introduce them to my girlfriend. Who happens to just so be a boy.

Wait until they hear that one

Marcus and the other popular people havnt been bothering us lately. I think after what they did to Theo they decided to give us a break and for that I am super happy. I am not saying they havnt said anything verbally , but when it comes to being physical we are all good.

Theo and I's realationship is still a secret to everyone , but us. Though the school knows I am guy ( I am still suprised how my parents dont know I am yet ) they don't know that Theo is. Let alone what we are in a relationnship with one another. 

We plan to keep that a secret as well until we are both ready to tell our parents about us. 

We are now have a district break because something in our school system is like off a couple days. So we get a break to make up for when we go onto summer break. I am not complaining though.  A break from everyone is what I need.

Not very good . I know . This was just a filler. Hopefully the next chapter will be much better.
