Drarry One Shots

This is real short - sorry

Draco was never the most-liked person around and he knew this. He heard the whispers behind his back, and felt the glares on his face as he passed. He had walked past a door to hear Pansy babbling about him. He'd felt Blaise glaring when he walked in front of him. He'd seen Crabbe amd Goyle laughing about him. None of it affected him.

"Oh yeah, he's totally on the Dark Lords side. I mean, you've seen his family right?"

"Pff, what a coward! Can't even stand up for himself!"

"Look at him, must think he's the king of the school.. prat"

These were all common phrases said in a stage-whisper, loud enough for him to hear. Often matched with dirty or challenging looks. This never got to him, he'd learnt to ignore it and hold his head high. He'd learnt how to hold up a Malfoy mask anywhere. None of it ever mattered to him.

Except once.

He had never dreamed the the simple words

"I hate you Malfoy"

Would hurt so bad.
