Twigstar's pov~
I padded into my den, i could hear the shocked mews of my annoucment of the gathering. My jaws stretched wide in a yawn, and i padded to my nest. After this long night, the old mass felt like a cloud. I yawned again and rested my eyes, falling into a deep sleep.
i woke up in what looked like the gathering place. i looked around. a figure appeared, it was reedstar! and then rockstar! and.... moonheart? i could barely see her in this dim light.
"wh..what? were am i whats going on!"
rockstar growled.
"i think.. its a messag-"
my reply was cut off as cats started surrounding us, there pelts glowed like stars.
"ra..rainflower? so this is from starclan?"
reedstar said walking up to a grey she. she nodded
"yes, you have all been called here"
she replied
"there are impotent things to talk about"
a voice sounded behind me, and i span around to see loststar standing there. and frostblossom was by him.
moonheart stared wide eyed around. and a brow tom came to her.
"moonheart. oh iv missed you"
the tom touched noises with the cat and spoke. turning to us
"i am oakwillow, violetstar was a cruel cat, and we starclan have thought about what moonheart has said"
loststar walked from behind me, and sat by oakwillow, then rainflower.. and a tiny kit i dident even noticed bounced behind them. the kit looked just like rockstar but younger. i turned to rocktsar, and saw sorry in his eyes as he watched the kit.
"reedstar, rockstar, and twigstar. we called you here to see the nameing of a new clan, this is your sign that moonheart is welcome to leadership"
reedstar nodded
"when i saw her at the gathering, there was fear in her eyes, but determination almost covered it. she will be a strong leader, and duskclan will be welcomed, but not on my land"
he half hissed the last words, giveing an acusing look to me. a icnored it and spoke
"yes, iyour clan is welcom back in it territory, i will look forward to seeing how it go's"
i turned to rockstar expectingly, but he just glared at moonheart
"i do not care if starclan thinks your welcomed,iv lived through those war times, i saw the blood shed. it took me almost all my life to put what happened behind me, but you come. i will not accsept you, you will cause only trouble to my clan. you will not be welcomed by willowclan"
rockstar growled. the kit turned to rockstar.
"father, times were rough for you then, but this cat brings something great. starclan can feel it. please just trust this"
rockstar gaze softend and he sighed.
"I am still not sure about this, and i do not fully welcome it, but if it needs to be done, it needs to be done"
the kit nodded and turned back to losttsar as he spoke
"moonheart, we starclan have come to grant you your 9 lives. we know you are scared you will fail at being a leader. just rember starclan is watching, and will help at the most nesisary times"
loststar steeped back and oakwillow took his place in front of moonheart.
"i oakwillow give you a life of love, use it to love your clan like your own kits"
he steeped back, and pain flashed in moonhearts eyes. Makeing me rember my life giveing, loststar steeped forward.
"i loststar give you a life of loyalty, stay loyal to the code, and the ones that need you most."
there was a sign of saddness in loststars voice. he turned and a grey tom steeped forward
"i stoneleaf, give you a life of healing. Use it to heal your clan when they need you most"
he steeped back and rainflower steeped forward
"i rainflower give you a life of wisdom, use it to make the best choices."
she steeped back and the kit steeped forward.
"i stonekit, give you a life of forgivness, use it to forgive the once who made wrong choices"
stonekit steeped back and a ginger and maple tabby tom padded forward. moonhearts eyes shone with love
"molt, your in starclan?"
molt smiled
"yes, you tought me the ways of clan life, and i will never forget that. i molt give you a life of strenght, use it to pull you and your clan through hard times,'
he huged moonheart and padded back, moonheart watched after him in longing. a brown tom steeped forward.
"moonheart, i am leafstar. and i give you thise life to show that leafclan will except you and you clan. i leafstar give you a life of judgement, use it to judge cats wisly."
leafstar steeped back, and i watched after him,i couldent belive it was the first leader of leafclan!. a silver tom steeped forward
"i am miststar, and i grant you this life to show that mistclan will welcome you clan. i miststar give you a life of peace, use it to create peace in your clan"
he steeped away, and a skinny light tortoiseshell she with dappled speckles steeped froward.
"i amd willowstar, and i give you this life to show the willowclan will acsept you.i willowstar give you a life of kindness, use it to show mercy in battle, and to be kind to ones the deserve it"
she steeped back and the rest of starclan glowed. moonheart stared around in wide eyes as they started cheering.
"MOONStAR! MOONStAR!"
everything faddesd around me as i heard a name calling, and i woke in my nest.
"twigstar, twigstar!"
cottonpelt called from the entrance to my den.
"yes come in?"
"frostkit is 6 moons, she is ready to be an apprintec."
i nodded and sent her away. my dream came back to me, moonstar has be acsepted, and duskclan is back... ill tell my clan later, when iv had more time to think. i walked out of my den and headed tourds dewblossom, a perfect mentor for frostkit.
