Carson's pov
-----------------------

I watched Brooklyn walk to the bathroom as I took a seat at the bar. How did I get so lucky? I mean damn, she was the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. How could someone even be that beautiful? She wasn't a girl that would let people walk over her either. She was a feisty little thing and I loved that about her. She's so short and whenever she tries to be angry it's like looking at a angry kitten. Adorable.

I ordered two vodkas for us and leaned against the bar counter as I waited for my beautiful girlfriend. Instead of Brooklyn sitting down next to me some blonde with a fake tan sat next to me. I gave her a polite smile but then she tried to give me seductive smile. Key word: tried. It looked like she sucked on a lemon instead. Then she put her nails on me and damn were those things long and fake. They looked awful. She really needed to go to a better nail place. I smirked as I realized I'm here thinking about her fake nails while she's probably thinking about much worse things then fake nails.

I couldn't believe this is where I was now. Just a few months ago I would've already been kissing this girl and bringing her back to my house. But now I had a beautiful girlfriend and I would never hurt her like that. Now, I could care less about girls like the one sitting next to me. I only had one girl on my mind and she was taking a long ass time in the bathroom.

I looked over at the blonde next to me so I could tell her I was already taken but before I could even get a word out of my mouth she pressed her lips to mine. And god, did they have a disgusting amount of lip gloss on them. I was shocked that this girl would just plain out kiss me. Just as I was about to push this girl away from me I was splashed in the face with a drink. I quickly turned my attention and saw my beautiful girlfriend looking hurt, sad, and angry. Oh god, this must've looked so wrong to her. Oh no I've really screwed myself up now.

"Brook-" I started but she quickly cut me off.

"Shut the hell up and stay away from me you asshole!" She screamed at me, which took me by surprise. I had never seen her so angry before and she was no longer angry kitten cute. "F--k you!" She yelled at me before stomping out of the bar quickly. I got up to try and follow her but the stupid blonde that started this all grabbed my arm.

"Let her go. You can have a much better time with me." She purred and bit her lip. This girl might have just ruined my relationship and she doesn't even care at all?

"You better get your nasty hande off of me before you regret it." I growled at her and she quickly took her hand back. I then took off and ran to try and find Brooklyn. I called for her but I couldn't find her. Could she already be back at the hotel? Would she even go there? If she was that meant she would be packing her things to leave...oh god I needed to get there fast. I called a cab and told them to drive as fast as they could to our hotel. I couldn't let her just leave. She needed to know that what she saw isn't what she thinks it was.

I paid the cab driver an extra twenty dollars for going so fast before running into the hotel and waiting in what seemed like the slowest elevator ever. Once the doors opened I ran out and quickly unlocked our door before running in.

"Brooklyn?!" I called, praying to god she was still here.

"Leave me the hell alone and don't go anywhere near me." She said shakily as she appeared from our room with her suitcase full. I had caught her just in time.

"Sweetheart, please let me explain. It isn't what you thought it was." I walked over to her but she held up a hand for me to stop.

"Don't come any closer, Carson. You didn't even pull away from her when she kissed you! You didn't do anything when she had her fake claws all over you!" She screamed and tears started to form in her eyes. It killed me seeing that she was crying because of me. It hurt me so much seeing that I did this to her. I caused her this pain. But I had to make it right.

"Please just listen to me." I begged and since she didn't say anything I continued. "I didn't do anything to get her nails off of me because I was zoning out. I was thinking about how fake they were and that she should go to a different nail place. And then when she kissed me I was too shocked to even do anything at first. I mean, who does that? I swear I was going to pull away but then you came out and splashed me with vodka. Please please please, believe me. I would never do that to you." I said softly and held her hand as I waited to hear what she was going to say.

"You were really thinking about how fake her nails were?" She asked quietly as a tiny smile appeared on her face. I sighed with relief and nodded.

"Yes. I promise I would never ever cheat on you. Especially with someone like that." I said sincerely and she nodded.

"I believe you. I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions. And also splashing vodka on you. It didn't get into your eyes, right?" She asked and I chuckled. Even when this girl just got over being mad at me she still had to make sure if I was ok.

"I'm fine, sweetheart. Thankyou for believing me." I said and leaned in to kiss her but ended up kissing her hand instead.

"I'm not touching your lips until you wipe them off and sanitize them." She said with a small smirk. I nodded and headed to the bathroom.

God, this girl was perfect. And she was all mine and no one else's. I must be the luckiest man alive.
