It's been a month and everything has been going according to plan.... kind of.

Graduation was amazing.

Our entire family came, from my adopted family and my biological family, Kat's family; Colton and Houston surprisingly showed up. Bella and Aril showed up with their parents and the guys parents came as well. Harley had the balls to bring a pregnant Rebecca to our graduation. Like what the hell?

Later that night we threw a graduation dinner for everyone and Kat had a private conversation with Harley. Which I don't think went all too well. They both came back fuming and didn't say another word the rest of the night. Kat also had her big announcement that she was pregnant and everyone congratulated her.

But I had my own problems. I avoided Colton the whole time and made sure Alaric was with me at all times. He cornered me a few times but before he was able to ask his questions Alaric showed up and rescued me.

We passed our board exams and were accepted into our desired graduate schools. It was amazing when I learned that April got accepted into the same medical school as me! April was going to school for pediatric studies and I was going to be an obstetrician, so we will definitely be working with each other.

Kat got into a law firm but it's based in England so she would be leaving 2 months after the babies are born. She took an exam that tested her out of going to law school. The firm she will be learning from is her own family firm but they won't be taking it easy on her just because she's their bosses daughter. So until then she will be on bed rest and FaceTiming the law firm to stay on track.

Babies! Oh yeah, we found out how many she was having and the genders. But you will have to wait for her story to find that out. Kat was so excited when she received her results, she called her parents immediately and they began to go online shopping. When the boys found out they started to clear out one of the rooms and begin to decorate, paint the walls and install a security system. When I tell you these twins will be spoiled they definitely will be spoiled.

We also had a few babies born in the past few weeks. The Lawrence's had their baby boy who they named Daniel Theodore Lawrence Jr. He is a chunky, happy, red headed boy with dimples. Camilla had her fraternal twin boys, Cole and Cody. When I tell you they are going to cause so much hell for Liam and Camilla, I'm actually excited to see it happen. Kiara also had her baby boy, they named him Ross, after their favorite Friends character. So many boys were born and it makes me excited for Kat's babies to be born.

We also officially moved into our new home in Texas and the dogs are loving it.

The dogs have grown comfortable and they grew to love us. Molly is still the silly rambunctious puppy she was when I adopted her and Leo, big Leo. His form has filled out and he's a lot more bulky now. He's so caring and kind, he protects Kat and the babies. Funny story, whenever people come over he goes straight to Kat's side and never leaves it, even if she decides to sit down, he's right there just staring up at her.

The house they built is beautiful and amazing. It houses all of us since Bella and April moved in, as well as one spare room left that we just use for storage. But you should see our garage, my Chevy truck, Kat's Mercedes, Bella's mustang and April's Ranger Rover; the boys were nice enough to let us park in the garage and they parked in the drive way. Alaric's Maserati, Mike's Ferrari and Cory's Porsche.

The past month I have been feeling a bit off but I haven't thought much of it because the entire house has a cold. The boys went and got checked out by a doctor and received medicine. Kat had prenatal vitamins and other medications that protected her from the cold. So I am currently sitting in the waiting room of the hospital to get checked out and see what kind of cold I have.

"Aurora Montgomery?" A nurse called out,

"That's me," I hold my stomach as another wave of nausea hits me,

"Come this way please," She turns towards the doors. I follow her into an all white room, "please sit here and I will begin the process."

I nodded and did as she asked

"Hello there Ms. Montgomery," the doctor walked in, "and how are you today?"

"I'm good doc," I rub my legs, "so what kind of stomach bug do I have?"

He chuckled, "the stomach bug you are referring to is your baby."

"Okay, is there some kind of medi...." I stop talking, "wait... what?"

"Congratulations. Your pregnant!"

"Bullshit."

He laughed again, "I'm guessing you didn't plan on this happening?"

"No! I didn't. A baby!? A baby!? What the hell am I going to do with a baby? I just got comfortable in Medical school!"

"Well your almost two months pregnant would you like to hear the heartbeat?"

"Actually is it to late to get an abortion?" I ask with confidence,

He looked at a loss for words, "your not to late but how about we see how the baby is doing and then you can decide on whether you want to keep it or not."

"I don't think that is a good idea doc," I rub my hands together, "if I hear the heart beat then I would might want to keep it. I honestly have no time for a baby." I look at him, "you can understand, you went to medical school and it is tough!"

"Yes it is tough," he took his glasses off and set the clipboard down, "this isn't apart of my job but I'm going to tell you something. Babies come into our lives for a purpose, whether it's by accident or on purpose. There's a reason this baby is here and you will see that one day but if you get rid of this baby, you will never understand the true power of love. Your child will be the only person in the world that will never do you wrong and they will always love you no matter what. So please, just listen to it's heart beat."

I nod my head unable to speak.

I lay down and he pulls out this roller thing and gel.

"Pull your shirt up please," I obey and pull my shirt up. He squirts some gel onto my stomach and rolls the roller around, "ah, right there."

I look at the monitor and on the grey screen was a little blob and whooshing noises. Then a sound came out of the machine, the heartbeat.

"It's a strong heartbeat!" He says and I nod, "and it's healthy and growing normally."

"It's?" I finally bring the nerve up to speak,

"Yes." He smiles, "we will not be able to find out the gender for a few more Months."

I look back at the screen. I'm going to be a mom. I'm having a child.

I gasped. Colton!
