I placed the bags by the sofa and sat down. I closed my eyes only to open them and be inches from Jay's face.

"You know, you can be scary sometimes." I told him trying to push him away.

"I'll take that as a complement." He grinned and stabilized himself by putting his arms on each side on my head.

"Is this your way of getting back at me? If so then it's kinda getting old." I rolled my eyes looking back at Jay. I lift one of his arms and before I knew it he had fell on me with his lips smashing onto mine.

We both froze for a second then I pushed him off me turning brighter than miranda Sings lipstick.

He fell on the ground laughing historically. I got up and sat on the other side of the sofa checking my phone.

James: Hey, I kinda need to ask you something...

Me: What's up?

James: Is your friend single?

Me: Tejah?

James: yeah...

Me: Do u like her? Tell the truth I won't tease you.

James: No!

Me: Even through texts you can't lie. 😑

James: Fine.

James: just a little.

Me: come over tomorrow after my shift and I'll play cupid!

James: no! You don't need too.

Me: I want to plus she is single and u seem like a cool guy, deal?

         James: okay

"Who's that?" Jay asked smirking and sitting next to me.

"My next cupid client." I smiled going to my contact list. I dialed Tejah's number and waited for her to pick up.

"Helloo?" She laughed and I smiled.

"So, are you free Wednesday?" I asked through the phone while Jay was scrolling through his photos.

"I think so, why?" She confusingly asked as shifting nosies went through.

               "Your going on a date."

                "What?! Fuck no!"

"He's just your type! Plus you took me on a blind before and the guy turned out to be fucking douche. So, you owe me!"

               "Tell me who it is!"

                 "James."

There was silence on the other end and Jay looked at me confused.

"Fine. What time and where?" She asked groaning.

"Six thirty at the café by the park."

"Your such an asshole." She hissed and I laughed.

"Thank me when you have my god children." I smirked knowing she was getting more and more pissed off.

                   "What the f-!"

"Kay, love you bye!" Just like that I hung up with a smile planted on my face.

"I'm bored." Jay mumbled melting into the couch pocking my stomach.

"What would you like to do then." I annoyingly asked hiding the sense of embarrassment that was still in my voice.

"I don't know." He shrugged like a child and placed his phone on my thigh.

"Wanna go upstairs?" I asked and he froze staring up at me in shock. A small smirk tugged at his lips and I turned red. "Not like that! I mean to watch a movie or something!"

How can a person get this embarrassed over something?! I don't even know why but the topic of...that, makes me turn red and get embarrassed.

"Babe, your the most innocent thing in this world." He laughed and I slapped his hand away storming off upstairs.

"Your such a dick!" I yelled closing the door and I still could hear his laughing.

"No wonder you like me so much!" He called from down the staircase and I turned even more red. I pulled out some shorts and started to put them on when Jay barged into the room.

"Jay fucking Parker get the hell out!" I yelled and he just stood there with that same annoying smirk on his face. "Get out!"

"Don't be embarrassed, nothing I haven't seen before."

"You fucking prick!" I threw a pillow at him and quickly put my shorts on. I put my hair in a bun and stormed out the room.

"Aw, why so embarrassed love?" He called rushing after me as I walked down the last step he grabbed me pressing my body against the wall.

"I hate you so much right now." I snapped and his smirk grew even wider. "Back off, dude!"

"Dude?" He questioned and pulled out the new pare of glasses from his pocket and placed them on my head. "You drive me wild...dude." He leaned in and the tips of our nose touched.

           "Don't call me that."

He chuckled and gave me a sweet and innocent smile showing his adorable dimples. My heart melted and all the anger left my body.

"I hate it when you do that." I sighed my eyebrows frowning.

"Do what?" He asked in a sweet and dreamy voice.

"That." I grabbed his collar and yanked him down before kissing him. He froze in shock them immediately kissed me back harder. He placed his hand on the back of my neck pressing his body against mine and wrapping his other arm around my hips.

"I know your weakness, princess." He smirked and I lightly bit his lip to shut him up.

"Shut up you asshole." I chuckled and he did as said. "I know yours, too." I smiled and he continued to kiss me smiling softly every once in a while.
