I fell on the bed face first in the pillow and sighed."Babe...What's wrong?" Jay plopped down next to me and rubbed my back.
"I'm scared, Jay." I sighed not moving any part of my body other than my lips. "My grandfather is dying cause he smoked and my grandmother and dad also smoke. What'll happen to them?"
"Don't wrap your head around stuff like that."
"I can't help it. My grandfather isn't even going to see my first child..." Jay picked my head up and rested it on his bare chest. The sound of his heartbeat calmed me and pulled me out my thoughts. I closed my eyes and rested for ten minutes straight.
"If only you knew what you did to me. Why do you beat yourself up so much? Your so perfect even your small flaws make my heart melt." He smoothed my hair with his index.
"You should ask yourself the same questions." I fluttered my eyes open and looked at Jay who was flustered that I caught him.
"Thought you were asleep." He smiled and I gently ran my fingernails along his stomach.
"We have four more months before you need to go to work and before I need to get back to school." I laughed. "Never would I guess you were a high school teacher."
"The piercings and tattoos, right?" He laughed and played with my earrings.
"Yep."
"My shirt usually covers the tattoos and I take my earrings out too. So, you can just see my lip piercing which the students think is cool." He smiled.
"Good thinking, Parker." I laughed and poked him in his bellybutton as payback.
"You like calling me by my last name, huh?" He winked and I smirked.
"Sorry, baby I didn't know you wouldn't like it." I pouted and Jay had a grin plastered on his face. "Babe, would you puffer babe or baby?"
"You truly don't know the power of those words do you?" He pinned my arms on the bed and bit his lip.
"Would you rather have me call you ass?" I laughed.
"Baby's perfect princess." He traced my bottom lip with his thumb.
"Babe, I'm not that easy." I winked and spun him and pinned him down. "I'm full of surprises...baby," I smirked and jumped off the bed.
"Your such a damn tease." Jay chuckled sitting up.
"Thanks, I try." I laughed running downstairs. I contacted my phone to the TV and open a song.
Playing: Voodoo- Ghost Town.
"Stick a needle in my eye so I can finally cry." I sing along the songs dancing and running around as Jay chased me. He finally caught me and we fell to the ground. "Thanks for cushioning my fall, Parker." He grinned and got on top of me and started to tickle me.
"Payback...baby." He smirked and I tried to get him off me.
"Get...off! This isn't f-fair!" I laughed struggling.
"And it was fair when you teased me?"
"My head! Get off me!" I laughed and managed to push him off me and I took a blanket and covered myself like a five-year-old hiding from the boogeyman.
"Babe, I'm not a monster, that won't help you." He laughed and jumped next to me.
"Still." I shrugged and poked my head out the blanket looking into his green eyes.
