CHAPTER 7

EREN'S POV

 That morning when I woke up Jake was snuggled into my chest,"Jake...wake up." I groaned. I heard giggling and I looked over to see Erwin laughing,"And what's so funny?" I asked. He smirked and I said,"Oh shut up. He had a nightmare, just put him back in his bed. I need to get dressed." Erwin picked Jake up and placed him in his bed,"There, now what took you so long last night. Jake was worried, you took so long to get here.'' Erwin asked.

I sat up and rubbed my eyes trying to remember what exactly happened last night,"I can't really remember." I said looking up at him. Erwin raised a brow but shrugged it off. I got dressed in a pair of shorts and went down to the laundry room. It was pretty hot this morning so I didn't bother with a shirt, when I got down to the laundry room no one was in there. I sighed in relief and started washing Jake and my cloths.

As I was starting the washer someone walked in,"O-oh, sorry. I d-didn't know anyone else was in here." He stuttered blushing. I smiled and said,"Oh, its fine. I was almost done. I just need to dry them, your fine." He nodded and started doing his laundry as well,"Whats your name?" I asked. He somewhat flinched when I asked him that,"My names Eren." I said hopping up on the table. His hair was brown and his tips were frosted, a pretty nice looking guy.

He didn't answer at first but after a few minutes he spoke,"Jean, my names Jean."

JEAN'S POV

I had my laundry in hand as I walked to the laundry room. When I walked inside there was a guy already in there, usually I wouldn't care if someone else was in there but this time, the boy looked really cute. His hair was sloppily fixed, the messy look. It worked for him, but what mainly got my attention were his eyes and the fact that he wasn't wearing a shirt. My whole face was flushed red,"O-oh, sorry. I d-didn't know anyone else was in here." I stuttered, shit I never stutter.

  The boy smiled and said it was fine,"What's your name?" He asked hopping up on the table. I flinched when he did that, I wasn't expecting him to ignore the fact that I was here, I stayed quiet for a while before I answered,"Jean, my names Jean."

Eren smiled and said,"Nice to meet you, I'm a junior taking senior classes." My eyes widened in surprise,"Your that junior with the awesome brain!?" I asked. He backed up a bit blushing,"Yeah why?" He asked. I looked away embarrassed I had done that,"No reason." I pouted. He just giggled which made me smile,"Your alright." I said leaning against the table. His laughter left and he pouted,"So what does that mean. There was something wrong with me at first?"

  I raised my hands and waved them back and forth defensively,"No! No! No! Not at all, I mean your cool." He laughed even harder and almost fell but I caught him just in time. It was really embarrassing, I had him in my arms near the floor in a somewhat bridal position,"H-uh, sorry." Eren blushed. I was touching his soft smooth skin and I didn't want to let go. He was so warm but not like sweaty warm, like loving warm.

Right then a guy walked in with a terrifying look on his face, he stared down at Eren not even looking at me,"L-levi-senpai..." Eren started but was cut off,"Don't mind me. I'll just go." He said turning around and leaving without another word. Eren lowered his head in sadness and I removed my arms from his back,"A-are you ok? Did you get hurt?" I asked. Eren didn't answer, he only hung his head low and out of my sight,"H-hey, did you get hurt?" I asked.

  He shook his head and got up,"I-I'll just go." He said reaching for the doorknob, I didn't have any right to stop him so I let him leave. After I was done with my laundry I went ahead and put Eren's in the dryer for him. I left to go get dressed and ready for school, when I the bell rang I rushed out in a hurry to get to class. As I was making my way down the hall I saw Eren talking with Armin and Mikasa,"Hey!" I said walking up to them.
