Keghan was stretched out on my bed, his arms folded behind his head.
I was perched on the edge of my bed, staring at Keghan.
"What?" He asked, opening one of his eyes to look at me.
"Nothing, I just-" I started, not sure how I was going to finish.
With lightning fast speed he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me next to him. "You just?" He prodded, holding me to him.
"Keghan." I scolded.
"What I can't hold you?"
"I hate you." I said playfully.
His face darkened and he let me go immediately. "You do?" His voice was low and rough.
"No! No no no no no. I don't hate you, come on that was sarcasm." I said quickly, stumbling over my words.
"Sarcasm?" He asked softly, returning next to me.
"Sarcasm." I repeated curling next to him. He pulled me closer to him, until I could feel the shape of his new phone digging into my hip.
"Oh." He whispered, putting his face against my hair.
"I could never hate you Keghan." I told him, holding his face.
He tensed and I looked up. I was about to ask what was wrong but he beat me to it. "You can hate me Kens. And one day you will."
"You're lieing." But I knew he couldn't lie.
"Kensley." He tried to start.
"No. I won't get mad at you." I finished for him. I stood up quickly and went to stand by my window.
"Kensley, I'm sorry."
"What Keghan? What? How can you say that? I wouldn't have gotten mad at you." I told him, facing the window with my steely eyed gaze.
But if I was smart, I would have known that I was quite capable of being mad at him. I was just so blinded by him, that I couldn't see.
There should have been tears coming out of my eyes, but I wasn't crying.
"Kensley. I know. Gosh, I'm so sorry." He touched my arm and I easily turned into him. "I'm stupid alright?"
I laughed, stuffing my fist in my mouth to try and stop it. "Yeah. You are pretty stupid."
Keghan fake gasped, covering his heart with his hand. "And you, my dear, are quite rude."
He tackled me onto my comforter and started tickling me. I gasped for breath as I twisted, trying to get away from him.
A loud cough came from the doorway. Keghan's hands immediately froze and we both looked to the doorway. Adam stood, leaning against the frame, looking down at us. "Dinners ready." He said blandly.
Keghan jumped up. "Of course, thank you." He said quickly.
"Oh." Adam laughed. "Don't thank yet, the food may still be poisonous." Adam flung an arm around Keghan's shoulders and they led each other to the dining room.
"Boys." I groaned, getting up and smoothing my hair before following them down the stairs.

"Mike, silverware?" I asked him, sending him a look.
"Oh, right!" He said brightly, going off to search for silverware.
Keghan was sitting across from me and Mike and Adam were sitting to my sides.
