Lionel couldn't keep his hands off Olivia as they lounged about his home in Rosario, Argentine; they had been dating for seven weeks now and he had never been this happy before.
The couple had arrived the weekend before after Lionel had been released from his Barcelona duties for the summer and had completed a couple of international friendlies, while Olivia had a couple of photo shoots before she could leave Barcelona on her holidays.
Olivia was now twenty-five weeks pregnant and Lionel couldn't have been happier, Olivia meant the world to him and he couldn't wait to introduce her to his family.
"My parents want us to join them for dinner tonight," Lionel told her, Olivia sighed as she looked at her boyfriend; even though they had dated for over a month and she would have to meet them sooner or later due to her pregnancy.
"It won't be that bad nena... they'll love you," Lionel said reassuringly making Olivia look at him as she moved to get comfortable on the couch; the Argentine rested a hand on her swollen stomach and smiled.
Lionel watched her contently for a moment, he knew that his parents hadn't been pleased when he had originally told them of Olivia's pregnancy and less so when he revealed to them that they were dating; but he hoped that they could see how much that he loved the brunette.
"No they won't," Olivia said making Lionel roll his eyes, his hand still on her stomach causing a smile to form on the Argentine's face as he felt a kick against his hand. Olivia couldn't stop from smiling as Lionel chuckled.
"That's right your Madre is being silly..." he said as he pressed a kiss to Olivia's stomach before he kissed her lips. Lionel pulled away slowly and smiled at his girlfriend.
"I love you and that's all that matters," Lionel told her making Olivia nod with a small smile.

Olivia held back a groan as Lionel introduced her to his mother and father, it was clear that his mother wasn't happy that the brunette was here.
Olivia has decided to wear a white maternity bodycon dress in floral print with sweetheart neck paired with black heeled sandals when she met Lionel's parents.
"It's nice to meet you," Olivia said politely, she knew that there was nothing that she could say that would possibly make Lionel's parents like her.
"I wish I could say the same... Leo, sweetheart, how are you?" Celia Messi asked ignoring the brunette completely as she pulled her youngest son into a hug.
Jorge Messi sighed at his wife's antics and smiled politely at Olivia, it was clear for him to see that she wasn't like her older twin sister who cared little for their son and them.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Olivia... Leo has told us so much about you," Jorge said making Olivia look at him gratefully as Celia fussed over Lionel, who looked annoyed at his mother's disinterested in his pregnant girlfriend.
"Would you like a drink of water?" Jorge offered as his wife dragged Lionel away and into the kitchen, it was clear what that talk was going to be about.
Olivia nodded as he led her into the living room before moving to fetch the brunette a drink, he ignored his wife and youngest son's quiet muttering as he got a bottle of cold water from the fridge and a glass before heading back to the living room.
"Here you are," Jorge said as he set the bottle of water down in front of Olivia with the glass, he smiled at her as he sat across from her; he knew that his wife wasn't going to let this go until she got what she wanted.
"So Olivia what is it you do for a living?" Jorge asked as he watched her, he knew very little about the woman that was carrying his grandchild, he was curious about what she wanted from his son.
"I'm a model," Olivia said as she un-bottled the water and poured it into the glass, Jorge watched her carefully as she sipped on the cold water.
"Really a model, who do you model for?" Jorge quizzed making Olivia shift in her seat nervously, it was clear what was happening here and it wasn't making her very comfortable.
"Victoria Secret, Adidas, Elle, Corrie Nielsen, KTZ and Louise Gray," Olivia said naming a few of the labels and designers that she had modelled recently before she was very pregnant, Jorge swallowed as he heard a few of the names that he recognised.
Sage had clung to Lionel for the media attention and to save her career, even though it was clear that she wasn't cut out at being an actress and that her attitude was horrible.
Olivia on the other hand, she had the world at her feet and was doing well for herself without the help or need for Lionel's fame to help her.
Olivia shifted nervously as Jorge stared at her dumbstruck taking in what the brunette had said; shaking his head and sighing; Jorge sat forward slightly.
"I expected you to be like your sister... however I am pleased that you aren't, Lionel clearly loves you and I want him to be happy," Jorge said as he glanced at the door, he knew that any moment that Lionel could return and he wanted to speak with Olivia privately before it was too late.
"You do anything to hurt my son and you'll wish that you'd have never set foot in his life," Jorge said making Olivia swallowed as she listened to his threat.
Jorge quickly smiled at the brunette as Lionel walked into the room oblivious to what had happened moments before he walked into the room.

Celia's glare didn't let up over dinner and while Jorge remained friendly in Lionel's presence it was clear to Olivia that it would take a lot for her to change their opinion about her.
Lionel took the brunette's hand in comfort as his mother talked about his former girlfriend, who she was attempting to set him up with again.
"So have you scheduled a DNA test?" Celia asked making Lionel choke on his drink as he stared at his mother, Olivia paled at the woman's words.
"What? How do we know that that thing she is carrying is yours?" Celia asked making the footballer glare at his mother; he didn't like the tone or the name that she had called his unborn child.
"No I haven't... Olivia is carrying my child madre," Lionel said as he glared at his mother, the brunette sat quietly as she tried to ignore the awkwardness of the situation.
Celia pursed her lips; she had instructed her son when he had told her that he was going to become a father to make sure that the child was his before he got involved but it was clear that he was ignoring her.
"I love Olivia madre... she's giving me the greatest gift in the world, I would do anything for her," Lionel said as he got something out of his pocket and got down on one knee.
His parents stared at their youngest son shell-shocked as he produced a sterling silver diamond icon engagement ring, Olivia swallowed hard as she stared at her boyfriend.
"Olivia... I don't know what I would ever do without you. You're carrying my baby... our little girl and I would love nothing better than to call you my wife. You are my soul-mate, my one true love... Olivia Rose Pavon, will you marry me?" Lionel asked as he stared at Olivia with a smile on his face.
Olivia blinked in shock, she certainly hadn't expected him to do anything like this so soon.
