Gavin pursed his lips as he stared at the newspaper in front of him, he couldn’t believe what he was reading and he was furious that Olivia had done this. G

avin had hoped that with a couple more pushes that she would take him back, Phillip was his main focus on getting her back and now she had gone and married the footballer.

Gavin clenched his fist as he stared at the paper for a moment, he didn’t know why Olivia was being like this when he had been nothing but good to her.

Shaking his head, Gavin reached for his phone and dialled the familiar number; he needed help and he was sure that he would get it from Phillip.

Taking a deep breath, Gavin continued to stare at the pictures before him; he wasn’t going to lose his entire life’s work because of Olivia, he had loved her in some small way and he needed her back.

“Hola Phillip,” Gavin said as he leant back in his chair, the two spoke regularly and this hadn’t been on their minds that Olivia would elope with Lionel; it had been weeks since she had married the footballer and she had never looked so happy.

Gavin cursed himself for leaving her alone on New Year’s Eve so he could shag his secretary, if he had stayed with her then she would have never have ended up with Lionel.

The lawyer sipped on the scotch that was sat on his desk, he had taken to drinking a lot more since Olivia had ended things completely between them; he needed her and wasn’t going to let her go.

“We need to talk,” Gavin said as he glared of the picture of Olivia at Lionel’s latest match, he was going to get her back one way or another

Lionel grinned as he pressed a kiss to Olivia’s swollen belly, she was thirty-two weeks pregnant and he couldn’t wait for their little girl to be born; he was so excited to become a dad.

It was now early August and there was eight weeks left until their little Leona came into the world, it seemed unreal that they were going to be parents and the couple were excited.

“Are you being good for your madre?” Lionel murmured as he pressed a kiss to the bump again, he didn’t know what he would do when Leona came into the world; the baby kicked making Lionel grin as he looked up at Olivia.

The footballer had come home from training and hadn’t been able to resist curling up on the couch with his very pregnant wife; she looked beautiful and he adored the bump that she had.

“She’s been kicking all day,” Olivia said with a smile, she rested a hand on the bump she was getting a little nervous about her approaching due date.

Lionel nodded as he brushed his fingers against the top of her bump, he had already worked out there was only two matches around the day when Leona was due; the first was a home game against Valencia and the second was an away game against Getafe.

“I hope she comes on time,” Lionel said as he frowned a little, he didn’t want to miss the birth of his daughter while he was traveling with the team.

Olivia smiled at him softly and pressed a tender kiss to his lips, she could see that he was worried but they still had eight weeks before Leona was due to come into the world.

The sound of the doorbell ringing made Olivia sigh as she looked at her husband, she tilted her head as Lionel got up and moved to answer the door; they weren’t expecting anyone and it made her wonder who had come to visit.

Olivia furrowed her brow as she heard a small argument in the hallway, she frowned as she wondered what was going on and carefully pushed herself to her feet; she was wearing a blue maternity pyjama top and blue heart print maternity pyjama bottoms.

Olivia sighed as she slipped on her pink velour mule slippers, she was dressed for comfort and she didn’t care what anyone thought; she wasn’t going out and was quite comfortable to relax in her PJs all day long.

“Padre?” Olivia said confused as she stepped into the hall, she wrapped her midnight blue maternity and nursing dressing gown around her; she didn’t know why Phillip was here but it wasn’t going to be to congratulate her on her marriage.

Lionel glared at his father-in-law, there was no denying that Phillip still didn’t like him and had been furious to learn that Olivia had married him in Argentina a few weeks ago.

“Did you have any idea what you have done to this family?” Phillip shouted as Lionel moved back to Olivia’s side, he hadn’t wanted her to deal with her angry father especially when he was acting like this.

Phillip glared at the couple that had ruined everything, he had prayed that Olivia would see sense and this was her last chanced.

“Your madre has thrown me out, Sage is moving to Paris and don’t get me started on your stupid decision to marry the footballer,” Phillip ranted as he glared at the man that he held to blame for everything that had gone wrong recently.

Olivia stared at her father, she wasn’t even surprised that her mother had thrown him out; Nina had been growing steadily bored with Phillip’s ability to ignore their children’s happiness for his own.

“She had her husband throw me out!” Phillip ranted as he paced up and down Gavin’s office, he was furious that Olivia wasn’t seeing sense and he didn’t know why she was still with him.

Gavin nodded his head as he watched the man that had given him everything in his life, he wasn’t about to allow Lionel to take everything from him; he would make him play.

“Don’t worry I have a plan,” Gavin said as he leant back in his chair, a smile forming on his face as he looked at Phillip; he got to his feet and moved to make himself another drink.

Phillip watched him concerned, there was something off about Gavin and he didn’t know what it was; it was like something had broken inside of him and Phillip didn’t know what.

“I will get Olivia back and I will raise her daughter as my one… Messi will never see either of them again,” Gavin said as if he was talking about the weather, he smirked as he handed Phillip a drink and sat down again.

Gavin had been doing a lot of thinking and he had come up with a plan, he was going to take Olivia back and make her realise that she belonged with him.

“I have a small house in the Montserrat Mountains and it will be perfected for what I have planned,” Gavin explained as he looked at Phillip, there was no way that the man would deny him since they both wanted the same thing.

Phillip stared at Gavin as he took in the younger man’s words, he knew that they were going to risk a lot but it would be worth it if it got Olivia to come back to her senses.

“Are you sure you want to do this?” Phillip asked as Gavin slowly started to explain what they were going to do; they needed to get Olivia away from Lionel as soon as possible.

Gavin nodded as a smile formed on his face, she was his and always had been; only this time when he got her, she was never going to leave his side.

Olivia was his and she needed to remember that, she would never be seeing Lionel again and her daughter would never know the footballer was her father.
