Lionel smiled as he pressed a soft kiss to Olivia’s cheek, he had to go to preseason training and had to leave her behind; she was thirty weeks pregnant and Lionel was thrilled that their due date was getting closer.

They had been married now for three weeks and it had been wonderful for the couple, they had settled down completely in what had been Olivia’s home and Lionel was adjusting to having her by his side.

The couple hadn’t wasted time in announcing that they had married in Argentina, Lionel had wanted the world to know that she was his wife and that he loved her.

Olivia was perfect for him and his fans seemed to have really warmed to her in the week since he had announced their marriage; they liked Olivia a lot more than they had ever liked Sage.

“Te amo,” Lionel murmured as he brushed some hair from Olivia’s face, he watched her for a moment before he pressed a kiss to her head; he hated to leave but he needed to.

Olivia wrinkled her nose in her sleep and pouted a little making Lionel smile, she was adorable in her sleep and Lionel hoped that their daughter would be like her; she was perfect in his eyes.

Lionel made sure that Olivia was okay then he left the bedroom and smiled at the sight of Toby and Frisco curled up on the floor in the hallway; he chuckled at the two dogs before he headed downstairs.

Everything was going perfectly for him and Olivia right now and Lionel was only annoyed that Phillip was speaking out against his marriage to Olivia.

Phillip was furious that Lionel had married Olivia and was still convinced that Gavin was the perfect choice for his daughter; he had no idea that Lionel had evidence that proved Gavin had been cheating on Olivia for their entire relationship.

Olivia smiled as she made herself some lunch, she had spent her morning relaxing since she was now taking some maternity leave and her agent was backing off at Lionel’s insistence.

Olivia wanted to enjoy the remaining ten weeks of her pregnancy, she wanted to be prepared for the birth and it was going to be busy with the season starting up in a couple of weeks.

The doorbell rang making Olivia frown as she wondered who it could be, she sighed as she carefully walked out of the kitchen and padded towards the front door in her grey heeled sandals.

Olivia opened the door and stared confused as she came face to face with her older sister, they hadn’t spoken to each other in months and she had no idea why Sage had come to see her.

“Hola,” Olivia said warily as she stepped aside to allow her sister into her home, she didn’t want to fight with Sage on her doorstep where anyone would see them.

Sage pursed her lips as she stepped into Olivia’s home, her blue eyes taking in the newly decorated house before she turned to look at her younger twin sister.

“You look fat,” Sage said as she crossed her arms, she eyed Olivia who was wearing a nude maternity crepe top with pleat front and white maternity skinny jeans; she couldn’t believe that it had been months since they had last spoken.

Olivia rolled her eyes as she closed the door, of course that was going to be the first thing that Sage would say to her after five and a half months of nothing.

“What do you want Sage?” Olivia asked as she rested a hand on her bump, she was nearly seven months pregnant and didn’t want to fight with anyone right now.

“You married my ex-boyfriend,” Sage spat as she stared at her sister, she had known for a while that it was going to happen especially after Olivia had broken things off with Gavin however Sage was still hurt.

Things had gone downhill for her and her plan to win Lionel back had been scrapped when Olivia had married the footballer three weeks ago; she was going to work with Gavin but he had stopped speaking to her.

“How could you do this to me Liv?” Sage demanded as she tried to work out what she could have ever done to deserve this; she had always hoped that the fact that she was Olivia’s sister would stop her from marrying the footballer.

Olivia swallowed as she looked at Sage, she wasn’t even surprised that this was why her sister had shown up; she had heard that Derek had dumped her for some up and coming actress where a great career weeks ago and now here Sage was.

“The same way you slept with Gavin while we were together…” Olivia said as she stared directly at her sister, she had never let on that she had known about that; but she did and there was so much more that she had learnt after she had ended things with Gavin.

Sage opened and closed her mouth, she had no idea that Olivia knew about that and she cursed herself for being so weak; she looked away as she tried to gather her thoughts for a moment.

“I never meant to hurt you Sage… you’re my sister and I will always love you, but I can’t be around you if you are going to be a threat to my marriage and my daughter,” Olivia said strongly, she watched her sister wondering why things had to be so difficult for them.

Lionel smiled to himself as he climbed out of his car, he pocketed his car keys as he collected his training bag and prepared to head inside; he paused as he spotted a yellow 2013 Porsche Boxster S Front that was parked in the driveway.

Lionel frowned as he stared at it for a moment, he knew who the car belonged to and it unsettled him that she was here with Olivia.

Lionel hurried towards the front door, his eyes filled with panic as the door opened and Sage stepped out; she blinked as she spotted Lionel before she glanced behind her at her sister.

Sage huffed as she stormed towards her car, she wasn’t pleased with how things had gone; she had hoped to make Olivia feel guilty and mess things up a little.

However the Olivia that she hadn’t spoken with wasn’t the same Olivia that Sage had seen months ago, her sister had grown up and it made Sage jealous of the life that Olivia was now living with Lionel.

“What did she want?” Lionel asked as he moved towards his wife, he glared at Sage knowing that nothing good could come from her being at their home.

Olivia shook her head as she smiled at him, she wasn’t going to fight and Sage was leaving now; her sister was going to need to learn to let go if she wanted to be a part of her life.

“Don’t worry it’s sorted,” Olivia said as Sage climbed into her car and sped away from the house; she took a deep breath, her sister was a bitter person and this wasn’t going to be easy.

Lionel rolled his eyes as they walked into the house, Sage was a pain in the arse when she wanted to be and he was happily married now to her sister; something that wouldn’t please Sage in the slightest.

“How was training?” Olivia asked as they walked into their home, she wasn’t going to dwell on her sister’s visit; she wanted to focus on her and Lionel and the baby right now.

Lionel took a deep breath as he followed Olivia into the kitchen, Sage’s reappearance had set him on edge and he didn’t like that.
