Confessions From A True Fuck-Up

If you read my previous chapter youd know what Im talking about. But imma give you a breakdown of the album. So first up,

Title: Talk.
Favorite Part: My favorite part is fucking Corbyns.
Favorite Lines: "If we could speak likes we're trying to, share conversation, communication. Im hearing me, and yoir hearing you. We're on different sides though, lost in the echo."
Summary: Basically, the song is about how a relationship keeps falling apart no matter how many times they try to fix it, because of miscommunication.
Feelings: The song makes me feel so happy inside. Like somebody gets it.
Rating:  out of a 10, Id say 9.5/10.

I love this song. Def a favorite.

Next up,

Title: 8 Letters
Favorite Part: Daniel
Favorite Lines: "Isnt it amazing, how almost every line on our hands align, when your hands in mine. Its like im whole again, isnt that sign, I should speak my mind."
Summary: About a relationship where you love someone so much, but you cant say it, because the last time that you did, you got hurt so bad.
Feelings: I can relate. And I really felt the heart and soul and that song.
Rating: 10/10

Next,

Title: Friends
Favorite Part: Jonahs
Favorite Lines; "If they get along we can all be friends, or I can come alone, just me and you alone."
Summary: About someone, who meets someone, and they just want a place that they can chill and if their friends click with the other persons friends, they can all chill and be friends.
Feelings: This is a song that instantly made me happy. I just hated in the beginning when daniels voices sounded like he was trying to be sexy bc oof.
Rating: 8.5/10

Next,

Title: Choose
Favorite Part: Corbyn
Favorite Lines: "You got options, I got options but youre here with me."
Summary: Its about a relationship where 2 people both have so many people chasing after them, but they like eachother. However, they are not official together and one of them is trying to figure out what they are.
Feelings: This is a nice song. It has a dancing upbeat, but like lowkey sexy vibe to it. Not bad. But this is my least favorite on the album. Not that its bad. I just like all the others better.
Rating: 7/10

Next,

Title: Hooked
Favorite Part: Zach
Favorite Lines: "Everybody says that Im sleeping with the enemy, I dont even care if youre gonna be the death of me."
Summary: Its about how someone is hooked on someone even though they know that its not good or healthy for themselves.
Feelings: Ok. So, Again, The video in itself is amazing. But I know they can do better. But its lowkey a bop. Also, I hate how Corbyn is singing "up"
Rating: 8/10

Next,

Title: Falling
Favorite Part: Jacks
Favorite Lines: "Show me where your heart is. Can't you see im falling. Fallin for you."
Summary: The song is about someone realizing that even though they didnt mean to, they fell for somebody who seems to be oblivious to the fact they they made this person fall madly in love with them, because they didnt want that person to fall in love with them.
Feelings: My second favorite song off the album. I love this song. Its so true, because I feel like sometimes you are in those situations where you are helplessly in love and they person doesnt even knows its because of them.
Rating: 10/10

Next,

Title: In Too Deep
Favorite Part: Zach and Jacks
Favorite Lines: "In too deep. Cant touch the ground with my feet. Dont know what you did to me. I cant breathe but im living.
Summary: So, the song is about someone realizing that they are far too in love with someone to turn back now and even though its scary for them (as they use words like drowing, sirens and not breathing) but they dont want it to stop.
Feelings: This song actually made me cry. I love it. Thats all I can say.
Rating: 9.5/10

Last but not least,

Title: Hard
Favorite Part: Jacks
Favorite: "It was my birthday, right at the end of the night. It was the first time. He hurt you bad and you cried. Right in my arms. Fell to a million pieces. Held you together, girl I know all your secrets."
Summary: this song is about someone who has a friend in a toxic relationship. And every single time she gets hurt, she runs back to him, and he consoles her and he tells her that its too hard to be her friend and keep watching her get hurt.
Feelings: My favorite song of the album, hands down. This song is so real to me. Because I know what its like to have a friend who keeps running back into the flames and then comes to you crying and you just want to see them happy. I can understand that. I have a friend like that. This song was just so real and I could feel the fustration, hurt, and sadness in their voices. The only problem with this song is that it ends.
Rating: fucking 12/10. I love it.

So, That was the 8 Letters Album by Why Don't We. Overall, I give the album a 9/10.
