For the first time in years, I was just plain happy. Granted I did make friends in school but I wasn't there because I wanted to be there, I was there cause my mom made me do it in order to get my inheritance which my cousins don't know about. She basically wanted to get me away from them but as soon as I graduated that inheritance was mine and there was nothing she could do about it. So right now I've got a hefty chunk of change in my bank account that I don't really need.

About a week later on Sunday everyone was up early, I put on a pair of baggy camo guys shorts with a white, tiny crop top and a jean vest with some red, grey and white Jordan sneakers. My hair was messy, loose and wavy which I would probably put up when I get frustrated with it later on. By the time I made it out of the room everyone was downstairs so I found them all in the kitchen.

"What the hell are you wearing?" Vince asked when he saw me.

"Uh clothes dad, why?" I asked him.

"You're half naked!"

"It's a crop top."

"It looks like lingerie." he argued.

"I'm wearing it dad, now finish your breakfast. I'm sure there's plenty of work to do at the garage." I told him.

"Really Charlie?" Dom asked.

"What? I'm comfortable this way, no it's not lingerie and everything that needs to be covered up is covered." I told him.

"You look hot mamasita!" Leon shouted, causing Vince to head slap him.

"Thanks babe, tell me something I don't know. Now let's get to the garage."

"I'm not finished yet." Leon argued.

"Move it big mouth." Vince growled, making me laugh.

"Come on Vince, lighten up." I said, poking his side.

"You need to cover up." he said.

"Like I told Dom, everything that needs to be covered up is covered. Loosen up dad, I've been dressing like this for years."

"What? You dressed like that in school?" he asked.

"Of course, it's why most guys thought that I was a lesbian. It kept the creeps away so I was okay with it and then the style just stuck. I like it, it's really me. Tomboy chic." I told him.

"That much is true and you do look hot." Mia said.

"Don't encourage her." Vince said.

"I'll see you guys at the garage." I told them, hopping into my car.

A few hours later I had my hair up in a messy tail while I worked on cars with the team. I had taken my vest off and Vince was glaring at me but I don't really care. I took a break to drink some water and go talk to the mad scientist.
