This meeting is so boring. It is just a group of boring person discussing about boring things in a boring place. With my hand I can stand my head up, but I'm almost sleeping. My eyes are almost closed.
« Mrs Valentine Byers will now present you a little « exposé » about the engagement of our campaign. » Suddenly says the tall man in front of me. Man, he has talked for hours now.
I wake up, seeing all the looks turned at me. I take my computer out of my bag and put it on the table. Then I start telling boring things.

After the meeting I call Leeann. It's not that I like her, but she is a good bonus for my identity. I need some « friends » to make it look real.
She doesn't answer, so I decide to come to her house. I ring, and a man open the door. It isn't Leeann's husband.
He must have thirty years. Six more than me and my friend. Who is he ?
« What is it for ?
« I'm Leeann's best friend. Who are you ?
He doesn't answer. Of course. Damn, Leeann. You just threw your marriage out of the window.
I grab him by the T-shirt and pull him on the outside wall of the house.
« How dare you doing that to a MARRIED WOMAN ?
-Hem...I...
(HI ITS THE AUTHOR. JUST TO SAY THAT I HAVE OF COURSE NO OPINION ABOUT CHEATING AND THIS BOOK DOESNT REFLECT MY OPINION)
-Now go away or I'll explode your little fucking cheater head. »

He doesn't respond. He already left.
I enters in Leeann's house. I've been there so much time. I walk to the wood stairs and arrive into her room. She's here, asleep. Saliva coming out of her mouth as she seems to dream. She's...well, let's say that she has nothing under the cover which had been threw on her.
I yell at her :
« Divorce hum ? You never told me it was because of you doing things with some...I can't find my word...men ! What about Phileas ? (It's her dear husband.)
She wakes up, her eyes opened with surprise like they never did. I can see on her face the same expression as a child caught doing something wrong.
At first she doesn't understand what's going on. She look at me, confused, and finally she opens her mouth a bit :
« Oh...You met Enrick...
« Please, Lee, tell me you didn't do that ! Tell me it was a mistake ! Tell me it's a brother, a friend, an uncle, a electrician who came to fix your kitchen, I don't know but please tell me it wasn't what it seemed to be !
« I...I can't , She says, a tear falling down of her delicate blue eye. Oh, Val, I'm so sorry...if only you knew...
« I can't even look at you ! You cheated on your husband ! What about your fucking child ?!
« I...please let me explain...
« I hope you have some good excuses, but I highly doubt of it. »
She gets up and we both go to the kitchen. As she's preparing a sandwich with ham and butter and cheese - its 11 am. - she tells me everything : how she installed a meeting app after a big fight with Phileas, how she started to talk to a nice man to make him jealous, how they settled a rendez-vous, how he ended up in her bed.
But only one question go through my mouth :
« Do you love him ?
She thinks a bit, then murmurs :
« No. Of course not.
But I see pain in her eyes.
I know I'm very misplaced to talk to her like that, saying that she should be ashamed to lie and cheat. I cheated my whole life ! It is almost my nature. I only try to act like a real friend would. I repeat it, I don't like her. But having a depressing friend isn't in my plans.

« I'm leaving.
She doesn't say anything until :
« Val !
« Yes ?
« Please don't tell.
At first I'm shocked. I thought she was calling me to apologize. But she didn't.

So I leave her alone with a disgusted face, not answering. The last thing I see is her crying miserably on her couch.
Poor creature.
