Pokemon: New Beginnings

Chapter 6:

~Episode 6: Time to Shine!~

 So Kaguya and I head inside the building that the contest is being held. I looked around at my surroundings.

It's something else and I'am feeling kinda nervous but excited at the same time. Kinda like my gym battles!

 "Well I'll find some outfits for the contest" Kaguya told me. I nodded while I decided to look around.

It was something else...totally different from being in a gym. Then I noticed a boy with dark blue hair, dark eyes, and wearing an outfit similar to a knight.

He was talking to a girl with curly green hair, bluish purple eyes, and wearing a long pink kimono with flowers on it. She had a tigerlilly in her hair as well.

"Hi there!" I yelled. It seemed to spook them a little but they smiled and waved at me. I walked towards them. "I'm Akiza Ketchum it's nice to meet cha!" I said happily.

"My name is Roselina" the girl replied. The boy was quiet for a moment then he said "y-You don't remember m-me?".

I looked at him up and down. I shook my head "Nope" I replied. I saw his face be from happy to sadness. Then he went to  the corner for a minute.

"That is Travis" Roselina told me. I nodded. Wait...

I walk towards him and touched his shoulder. "Are you Dawn and Paul's son?" I asked. He looked up and nodded. 

I giggled and said "I do remember now just took me a sec". He smiled and got up. So I talked to them for a while. 

Appartenlty both of them are coordinators. Travis has a Piplup which he named Kero. While Roselina has a pokemon that looks like a flower and it's petals have all kinds of colors.

I put my pokedex on the flower pokemon. And it said...

Pokedex: "Lillia, the Petal Pokemon. The evolved form of Lilibud. This pokemon enjoys being near meadows when fresh flowers bloom. And is said that it's petals change color due to it's mood".

 "Cool!" I tell her. She giggled and explained that she uses a special potion she created using a spring water in her hometown and mixing different berries with it. 

"It helps my pokemon's performance and makes them feel good as well" Roselina told me. I nodded amazed by it. 

"Well just wait when we get to use two pokemon...I have a great performance coming up" Travis said proud of himself.

"I can't wait to check it out Trav!" I replied. He blushed a little then walked off. Roselina waved and walked away too.

"Hey Akiza come on! I got our outfits!" Kaguya sang. I giggled and walked with her to the dressing room.

Then we looked in a mirror. Kaguya had on a dark blue sparkly dress that reached her knees. She had a purple sash around her waist. Then she had her hair up in a ponytail.

Then I looked at myself in the mirror. I had on a bluish green dress that is frilly on the bottom. It had a white ribbon on my waist and I put a pikachu face hair clip in my hair.

 "You look so pretty!" we both say at the same time. We laughed and picked who's going to be in the contest.

"I think I'll choose...Axew! Which pokemon are you going to choose?" Kaguya told me. I smiled and let all three of my pokemon out.

I wasn't sure which one really....but I noticed how Nyanmi looked more excited than the rest of them. "Nyanmi she seems excited" I replied. I looked back and saw Nyanmi happy which brought a smile to my face.
