Teagan's Pov

Me and Colby drove his red Corolla to Tender Greens in a comfortable silence. No talking. Just the light noise of the music in the background. It's moments like these that I tend to cherish the most. Just basking in each other's presence.

Once we made it to Tender Greens Colby got out and slightly jogged to my side of the car to open my door. "Thanks babe." I told him once I got out. He just nodded in response and snaked his arm around my waist.

We both got into the food place and we were walked to our table. Soon enough a waitress with a face full of make-up came to serve us. Im not judging, but it is a little over the top.

She locked eyes with Colby and completely ignored me. "What can I get for you, babe?" She said trying to sound seductive. Colby rolled his eyes and asked for his usual. The waitress, Talyor, looked at me with disgust when I ordered. "Hey sweet cheeks, how about you ditch her and leave with me. My shift ends in an hour." Taylor said batting her obviously fake eyelashes and bit her lip seductively. Colby once again rolled his eyes and replied, "No." 

"Why not? I'm so much more prettier than her." At that Colby stood up and sat next to me. He looked at me then kissed me on the lips passionately. I kissed back, but then we both pulled away. Colby moved back to his seat and smirked at the waitress that was glaring at me. She smiled at Colby then left, swaying her hips.

This time me and Colby rolled our eyes. Colby and I started laughing then he spoke, "She was annoying the shit out of me." I nodded in agreement then we just sat in silence again.

Our food came out about 15 minutes later, and this time Taylor gave Colby a piece of paper. "In case you change your mind." She winked then walked away.

"Why is she so persistent? Im never going to leave you for some barbie." Colby said more to himself. I smiled and we both started eating our food. It was delicious, of course, but it would've been better if the freaking waitress would stop walking near our table just to show more and more cleavage.

Once we were finished, Taylor gave us the check. And still stared at Colby. "You can go now." He told her. "Feisty. I like that." She said then walked away. Me and Colby got up, but instead of leaving out of the door he brought me to the front desk.

"Hi, how may I help you?" The front desk lady asked. "I would like to speak to your manager." Colby replied. I was really confused as to what he was doing, but I'm sure it's a good reason.

"I'm sorry to say this, but our manager just left. If you wouldn't mind telling me, what seems to be the problem?" She asked again. "One of your waitresses, Taylor, was trying to show her cleavage to me right in front of my girlfriend. She also gave me her number in case I wanted to leave my girlfriend, saying that she was better."

The look on the lady's face was quite priceless. "Taylor!" She yelled for her. Taylor came walking over here and was basically seizing Colby up. "Well hello there. Did you finally decide to leave that trash?" She said/asked pointing to me. "Taylor! You are fired for disturbance of customers, and insulting this very beautiful lady. You are very lucky sir." The lady said the last part to Colby.

"Of course I am. And I'm sorry about your job Taylor, but maybe next time don't insult my girlfriend or try to show me your cleavage. It's very inappropriate. Thank you."

And then we left.

Back to Colby's house

Me and Colby walked into the house and he basically dragged me up to his room. "You didn't have to do that." I told him once we both sat down on his bed. "I did though. She thought that she could insult you and try to hookup with me. Only for sex. I don't want a relationship that's for sex only." He told me looking in my eyes with those electric blue ones.

I nodded then unknowingly looked down at his lips. Colby smirked, but leaned in anyway. "I love you," he mumbled against my skin. "I love you too." I told him back.
