Kokichi plays along with Nagito's self loathing in front of others to make himself look strong, but when the two are alone he usually says something like 'that stupid self loathing act of yours is getting boring', but no matter what, anytime Nagito says something about himself dying, Kokichi gets super mad and often yells at his for saying something like that. Though he may appear annoying to his brother, he really couldn't live without him.
