Yuzuru's POV

"Yuzu!" Coach Brian said in shock as soon as he saw me enter "I didn't expect you to be back till next week!"

"Well I need to train don't I? Besides the Olympics are coming up and I don't want to waste any more time" I sighed in disappointment as I remembered my ankle injury that kept me off the ice for 2 months

"Don't worry too much Yuzu", the Coach tried to comfort me as he patted my back and gave me a smile. "You'll be fine, Besides you've got a wife now to support you"

I was silent over this remark. The thought of being married had not really sunk into his head yet. I expected to marry after I retire and not just one month before the Olympics.

I had been depressed about this ankle injury and was far from certain about how his marriage would work out. Would this marriage be able to help me or is it just a hindrance?

When I put on my skates, my team mates rushed over to me and gave their congratulations to both of us. I said thank you and gave them all a smile in reply even though I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable.

"Yuzu, you're such a lucky guy!" Nam told me and I gave him a questioning look "Why?" I questioned.

"Just look at you, You're handsome, You're successful and a celebrity – the world is your oyster". We both laughed at this remark "And you just got married, you have someone to love and care for you, to help you and even support you! I'm so jealous!"

"Don't be" Yuzu laughed "I didn't even ask to be married, It was a big surprise."

"Ah lucky you-"

Suddenly our conversation was cut off when my phone started ringing. I picked it up to see an unknown number calling me.

"Hello?" I asked "Who's this?"

"Gomen-ne Hanyu-san, it's me Chiyo-san, listen I-"

"How did you get my number?" I cut her off and she paused for a while before speaking again

"Who is it Yuzu?" Javi asked worriedly "Is it a stalker?". I quickly shook my head and mouthed no and then returned my attention to the phone.

"I asked your mother for your number, and she gave it to me. L-LListen I want to ask you something" Chiyo-san said and I noticed her stutter as she spoke nervously to me.

"What is it?"

"I'm here in the mall, and I really want to buy a keyboard, is that okay with you? I mean - I'll put it inside my room so that it won't take up too much space, and I'll only play it when you're not around so that it won't bother you-"

"Yeah it's fine, it's fine" I sighed in reply " buy whatever you need, but be back before dinner. Please don't be late."

"Really?" She squealed happily "Arigatou gozaimasu!" like a kid in a candy store.

"Bye" she said before ending the call and I went back to my team mates to start my warm up routine.

**************

It was already 7 pm when I finished training. My teammates including coach Brian and Tracy, had dinner together. But, I decided to go home instead. When I arrived, , the fragrant scent of Miso soup and japanese food welcomed me. I walked towards the kitchen to see Chiyo-san asleep on the sofa in the living room.

She must've heard my footsteps as she slowly opened her eyes to see me standing right in front of her. She looked somewhat frightened and startled. The look on her face was apprehensive but I wasn't smiling or laughing.
