Sam x Reader

Five days, thats how long it took you to figure out what the guys were hunting. In the end it was a pagan God who decided since no one made sacrifices anymore he would take matters into his own hands. What threw you off at first was the style of the killings, no heart was taken, no blood was drained, and each victim didn't seem to connect to the next one. The guys had called to see if you could help with their research since you stayed home at the bunker while they went hunting and even with your help it took awhile to figure out.

At least its over now, they should be home soon. As soon as Sam called to let you know they finished off the God and were on their way home you got excited, seeing Sam always made you happy. Especially when you weren't hunting with him and didn't know for sure that he was okay. You'd been hunting with the Winchesters for almost three years, within the first one you fell hard for the tall moose. Luckily for you he did the same and you two had been together ever since. Being a hunter rarely meant a happy ending so you both knew to take advantage of every moment you had together.

Looking around you realized just how bad the bunker looked. Over the past few days you had been so focused on researching that you'd neglected cleaning up all the messes you made. There were books scattered and piled everywhere, dirty dishes in the kitchen, and clothes thrown around the library. Deciding you didn't want to hear Dean complain you changed into your most comfortable pair of shorts and tshirt and turned on some music.

A few hours later you had finished cleaning every room in the bunker except for the library. In your opinion the whole place looked better than it had since you guys moved in. Now all you had to do was finish putting away the mountain of books and you'd be done and able to relax.

After you were about halfway through the pile, you realized you'd need to reach up to the higher shelves to put up a few of the books. Luckily when you needed them earlier they had already been on the table. Looking around you found a ladder made especially for the bookshelves hidden in a corner of the room. Hooking it into place you grabbed a few books and began climbing up.

One of your favorite songs came across the speaker you were using and you began humming along and softly swaying back and forth to the beat. As you shelved the last book you began descending the ladder when you suddenly felt your back hit something as you reached a rung a couple feet from the bottom. Turning around you were met with beautiful hazel eyes and a huge smile.

Grinning and carefully turning fully around on the ladder you felt arms lock around your waist as you brought yours up to wrap around Sams neck. "I missed you."

Sam smiled wide and leaned forward, resting his forehead against yours, "Not as much as I missed you." Closing your eyes you smiled and savored the moment, which only became better as you felt soft warm lips connect with yours. The kiss was soft yet full of all the love you both felt for one another. After a moment you each pulled away, slightly breathless.

Looking into Sams eyes you laughed, "What was that for?"

Tightening his grip he grinned mischievously, "Just thought I'd take advantage of an opportunity, it's not often your eye level with me."

Laughing out loud you pulled your boyfriend into a hug and wrapped your legs around him. He held your body tight to his and set off in the direction of your shared bedroom as you peppered kisses along his neck.
