Peter throws his fist at Flash's face, almost knocking him over, but not quite.

Flash punches back.

Before Peter can push Flash over, Steve comes in, and drags Peter to a table.

"Pops! Why do you have to interfere with everything I do!?" Peter shouts

"I have to protect you, Peter!" Steve shouts back.

"I'm 16, pops! Why do you still have to 'protect me'?"

"Because you're a girl!"

i just wanted to say that this is not from my own my own mind or personal experience

this is from a show called emmerdale

it's one of the only shows where a trans character gets what they want.

although the rest of the storyline is a bit fucked up (a lot fucked up), matty's story is reasonably okay.

he's had his top surgery and seems to be doing well.
