Taehyung entered back into the lair, feeling much fresher and more awake. He took a quick ten minute shower, basking in the warm water. After, he changed into a pastel pink shirt and a pair of black skinny jeans. He pulled on his favorite white high-top converse as well.

Jiyong was no where to be found, but Taehyung did notice that the metal table Jeongguk was on was empty. He looked around the lair, a spark of panic lighting up in his chest. The spark died down, however, when he saw a shirtless Jeongguk walk out from behind a pillar.

"Hi, Taehyung." Jeongguk said softly, hoping to not scare the boy any further. He slowly made his way over to him, stopping a few inches before him.

Taehyung stared into his chocolate eyes, to mesmerized to break the eye contact.

"So... I guess you know now that I'm the Arrow. I hope this doesn't change your opinion on me..?"

Taehyung finally looked down to the ground, shaking his head lightly.

"I don't mind..." He whispered, just loud enough so Jeongguk could hear.

Jeongguk let out a relieved sigh, running his hand through his tousled brown hair. He winced slightly at the pain that shot across his torso.

Taehyung caught the wince, and his eyes shot back up to the other's.

"Do you need any pain medicine? I can see if I can find some..."

Jeongguk smiled at Taehyung's words, enlightened by the fact that the boy cared for him.

"I'm good for now, but thank you." He made his way over to a chair, collapsing down into it. Jeongguk motioned for Taehyung to sit beside him, and he did.

"I'm sorry you were told under these... circumstances. I wanted to tell you once we got to know eachother a bit more, but I guess sooner is better." Jeongguk said with a shrug, picking at his dark green pants.

Taehyung nodded, not trusting his voice to speak what was on his mind. Instead, he brought his left hand to sit on top of Jeongguk's that was picking at his pants. Taehyung didn't know what gave him this sudden boost of confidence, but he liked it. The warmth from Jeongguk's calloused hand seeped into Taehyung's smooth one, meshing together in a tight bond.

Jeongguk cleared his throat, not able to take his eyes away from their hands, "So, do you like, have any questions for me?"

Taehyung giggled at Jeongguk's attempt to make conversation. Jeongguk smiled brightly, which aggravated his stitches on the side of his neck. The pain was beginning to become unbearable, but thankfully the elevator dinged, signaling that his team has arrived.

The duo didn't seperate their hands, even when the team gathered into the lair. They all had bright eyes and smiles, happy to see that their leader was alive and well.

"Gotta hand it to you, Jimin. Was startin' to think that was gonna be my last life. You came through though, again."

Jimin laughed and nodded, "Yeah I did. Maybe I should get a raise, Mr. Jeon."

Jeongguk scoffed, "I don't even pay you, Mr. Park. Save me one more time and we'll see."

The two's banter warmed Taehyung's heart. He loved seeing this side of Jeongguk. The side where he could just let go and be himself.

Yoongi walked up in front of Taehyung, reaching his hand out. "I'm Yoongi, it's nice to officially meet you, Taehyung."

Instead of shaking his hand, Taehyung simply nodded with a smile.

Yoongi looked slightly offended, but Jimin came up and hugged him from behind, resting his small head on Yoongi's shoulder. Yoongi automatically brightened, turning around in Jimin's hold, hugging him back.
