"Jennie? Is it really you?" Jeongguk whispered, taking hold of one of her cold hands. She met his eyes, "Of course it's me. Who else would it be?" Jeongguk couldn't help himself but to laugh, as he felt a weight being lifted off of his shoulders. He collapsed onto his sister, hugging her tightly.
"What's going on? Where am I?" She asked, looking around at the other men who were watching her closely.
The shortest out of the group slowly walked up to her, "We'll explain it all once you rest up some, alright? There's a lot to fill you in with."

After an hour of explanation after explanation, Jennie was finally caught up on all the things that went down the past few weeks.
"A-All I remember was going on that business trip with mom. We were in a meeting, and then all of the lights went out. I-I couldn't see anything, Jeongguk, I heard her scream, and then I-I passed out."
Jennie was erratically breathing now, tears freely dripping down her cheeks. Jeongguk hugged her once more, whispering kind affirmations into her ears.
"It's alright, Levius won't hurt you now..." Jimin whispered to her from where he was sitting beside her, clutching her hand in his own.
"D-Do you have mom? Where is she?" Jennie stammered out, lifting her head from Jeongguk's chest. Jeongguk glanced back the others in the room, who were now joined by Jiyong. They only shrugged, and Jeongguk turned back to his sister with a sigh.
"We only managed to find you. Don't worry, though. I won't stop until we have her back, and Levius is dead." His words held a silent promise in them, and the whole team knew Jeongguk would stay true to them.
After thirty minutes of catching up, Jeongguk's phone began to ring over and over again. He continued to ignore it, until Jennie grumbled something about how his ringtone was girly and annoying. She leaped over him, taking his phone off of the table beside where they were sitting. The caller ID read,
Babygirl💜
This sparked interest in Jennie, so she hung up the call and turned to her brother. "So, J, you have any girls you're crushin' on right now? Maybe even a girlfriend, perhaps called babygirl?"
Jeongguk's eyes widened, his cheeks becoming a slight pink. Jiyong snickered over at one of the desks, and Jeongguk sent him a death glare.
"No, I'm not seeing anyone at the moment."
Jiyong stopped playing with his knife, Yoongi and Jimin stopped play-fighting on the ground, and Jin and Namjoon stopped typing on their computers. Jeongguk looked over to them, only to be met with five disappointed stares.
He couldn't tell her about Taehyung. Not yet, anyways. All of his life he was taught it was bad to be gay. His dad especially thought it would send you straight to hell. They never really had a close relationship, but Jeongguk would still die for him. Too bad his father did the opposite.
His mother and Jennie both stood by his father's views, but Jeongguk knew deep down that they would accept him if he ever came out. It just wasn't the right time, at least that's what he thought.
"Ah, what a shame. I guess it does make sense, though, since you are the famous masked vigilante that 'doesn't have a heart' and likes to kill people. I can see if I can set you up with someone—"
Jeongguk interrupted her attempt at setting him up with someone quickly, "No, no. That's quite alright, but thank you anyways, Jennie."
The reat of the crew turned back to their work/play, but Jiyong was still pissed at Jeongguk. Taehyung loved him, anyone could see it from a mile away. Yet here Jeongguk was, blatantly lying to his own sister about having a relationship with another man.
Jiyong stood up from his chair, taking his knife with him, and headed into the elevator.

"Hm, that's weird. I tried calling Jeongguk like five times but he keeps hanging up. Maybe something happened?"
Taehyung just shrugged, cuddling further into Jeongguk's soft bed. He inhaled his lover's scent, almost instantly becoming relaxed.
He would be lying to himself if he said he wasn't upset that Jeongguk wasn't answering the calls. But deep down, Taehyung knew he wasn't Jeongguk's first priority. After all, Jeongguk was a vigilante. The Arrow. He had more important things to deal with then a depressed boy back at his mansion that couldn't handle social interactions for more then a week at a time.
Hoseok squatted in front of Taehyung, getting eye level with his friend. "I know that look in your eyes, Tae. You're self-depreciating again. Stop it. Jeongguk loves you."
Taehyung didn't even meet Hoseok's eyes, instead decided to be a little brat and turn over to face the wall. He heard Hoseok let out a frustrated sigh, and get up and walk out of Jeongguk's room.
Taehyung's chest felt like a weight was being placed on it. His breath was becoming labored, and the blankets wrapped around his small body felt like they were beginning to constrict around him.
He sat up quickly, pushing all of the blankets off of him and onto the floor. He backed up into the corner of the bed, his back pressed flushly against the wall. He felt a tear drip down his cheek before he even realized he was crying.
He wanted Jeongguk. Was that too much to ask? Maybe if he called one more time, the vigilante would see it was an emergency. But was it even an emergency, or just Taehyung being too clingy?
He fell asleep like that, sitting upright against the hard wall. Haunting thoughts and questions flying through his mind, all circling around one topic.
Jeongguk.
