"Maybe we should hire a body guard, to protect you and shit."

"I don't need protecting. Taehy- that guy wouldn't of hurt me."

Jennie glanced over at Jeongguk, furrowing her eyebrows in confusion. "You've been acting strange ever since that guy and his friend walked into the diner. Has he done something to you?"

"It's nothing, Jennie. Let's just drop it, okay?"

She muttered an okay, opening the doors to Jeon Enterprises. Jeongguk followed behind her, and the two made their way up into his office.

"Do you have any news on Levius?" Jennie asked, as the doors to the elevator closed in front of them. Jeongguk sighed, running a hand over his face.

"We haven't found anything yet. Namjoon and Jin are still searching, though."

Jennie nodded, humming along to the quiet toon playing throughout the elevator. They came to a stop, and the doors opened up to reveal the lair. As soon as they walked in, Jeongguk knew something was wrong. That's when he noticed a sleeping Taehyung curled up into Jiyong's side on the floor.

Thirty minutes prior—

"He doesn't love me like I love him. What's not to understand about that? I saw the way he looked at me, like he was disgusted by the sight of me. God, how could I of been so dumb? To think the cold-hearted Arrow would actually have feelings for someone, much less a guy!"

Jimin tried to interrupt his rant, "Taehyung, please, you're probably just overreacting a bit—"

Taehyung sent him a glare, shutting up the boy immediately. After he had fled the restaurant, he told Hoseok to go back to his house and leave him alone for awhile. Then, Taehyung went to the only place he had other friends: the lair.

So, he was currently sat on the floor, surrounded by Jimin, Yoongi, Namjoon, Jin, and Jiyong. Jimin, being the kind-hearted man he was, was practically sitting on Taehyung's lap, hugging the other tightly. Namjoon and Jin were the more up-front type, and kept telling Taehyung how Jeongguk had never loved someone like the way he loved him. Yoongi and Jiyong, well, they were silent the whole time. However, Taehyung could tell Jiyong was ready to snap any minute at his leader, by the way he could see Jiyong's knuckles turning white around his knife's handle.

"I'll go kill him you want me too. One quick knife to the throat should do the trick."

The others all looked towards Jiyong, confusion written over their faces. "Oh c'mon, it was just a joke guys!" He exclaimed casually, not without muttering a sorta under his breath.

"Not funny, Jiyong," Jimin replied, then turned back to Taehyung, "I'm sure this whole thing is a misunderstanding, Tae. We'll get it figured out, don't you worry." Taehyung nodded with a light smile on his face, wiping the last few tears off of his cheeks.

He lent back into the wall, and found that sleep was beginning to tug at him. He barely got any sleep the night before, and now with everything that was happening in his relationship, his eyes could barely stay open. However, the wall was pretty uncomfortable and whenever he would start to doze off, his head would fall to the side and he would jerk back awake.

Jiyong, from his spot on the floor, noticed Taehyung's situation. He stopped spinning his knife around on the ground in front of him and walked over to his friend, sitting down beside him. He gently placed Taehyung's head on his right shoulder, receiving a gentle sigh in return.

Present time—

Jiyong lurched forward, not caring that Taehyung's body fell to the floor, startling the boy awake. Jiyong ran up to Jeongguk, knocking him backwards and pinning him against the wall. He rested the blade of his knife against Jeongguk's exposed neck, his eyes black with fury.

Jennie yelled at the others to help, and Jimin tried to pull Jiyong off of their leader, but Yoongi held him back. He knew Jiyong wouldn't hurt Jeongguk. He just needed to do this to him, to help put his anger at ease.

"You think it's funny to tell your boyfriend that you don't even know him?! You think it's nice to let your own sister call your boyfriend a faggot?!" Jiyong yelled at Jeongguk, keeping the blade securely placed under his jaw.

Jeongguk's eyes widened, "Jiyong, please, just let me explain," His eyes met Jennie's, who stared at him incrediously, "Alone. Please."

Jiyong shook his head, smirking menacingly, "You speak here, in front of everyone, Jeongguk. You aren't backing out of this like a coward." His words were laced with venom as he spoke.

Taehyung was hiding behind Namjoon, clutching onto his right arm for dear life. He didn't want Jiyong to hurt Jeongguk, but at the same time, he wanted Jeongguk to feel the pain he had put Taehyung through.

Jeongguk sighed, trying to catch Taehyung's eyes from behind Namjoon. "Taehyung. Taehyung, please. Just look at me," he begged, not bothering to struggle against the angered man holding him to the wall.

Taehyung took a tiny step to the right, revealing half of his face to Jeongguk. They connected eyes, which only brought more pain and sorrow into Taehyung's heart.

"Taehyung. I am so, so, so sorry. I never meant to hurt you like this. When we brought Jennie back, she wanted to know if I had any lovers. I said no, but only because I was afraid. My family was very homophobic growing up. I didn't know how she'd take it. The girl you saw me with this morning was just one of Jennie's friends she wanted to set me up with. I have absolutely no feelings towards her whatsoever. You're the one I love, Taehyung. Only you."

Jennie gasped, "You love him?! You're gay?!"

Jiyong pushed off from Jeongguk, now deciding to shove Jennie up against the wall. This time, he let his knife slip a little. "If I hear one more homophobic comment out of your damn mouth, I'll slice your tongue out, got it?"

She nodded her head quickly, her eyes wide with fear. She wasn't expecting such a threat to come out of such a small person. Jiyong smiled at her mockingly, grabbing hold of her wrist and shoving her into the awaiting elevator.

"Wait, what are you doing? You need me!—" Her words were cut off as the doors closed.

"Bye bitch!" Jiyong yelled, spinning his knife around and placing it back into its sheath.
