Jeongguk slowly made his way down the long hallway, stepping lightly as to not make a sound. His ears were on high alert for any other sounds coming from downstairs, but he didn't hear anything yetHe got to the end of the hallway, and carefully looked around the corner, down the steps. He didn't see anyone, but one of the paintings that was hung up beside the door had fallen. Someone was definetly in his home.
He held his gun at the ready, slowly stepping down the stairs. He turned left and right, making sure no one could come up from behind him.
A crash sounded from the kitchen, and he whipped around, pointing his gun to the doorway. He heard feet shuffling along the ground, and then the back door open and close.
"Shit!" He whispered, taking off into the kitchen and out the door. Jeongguk spotted a figure running through the garden, trampling the plants and vegetables. He took off after them, not wanting to shoot the person in cold blood.
The person looked back, noticed Jeongguk, and took off into the woods. Jeongguk followed suit, sprinting behind him. The stranger was fast, but not as fast as the vigilante.
Jeongguk was slowly beginning to catch up with the person, and once they were in arms reach, he jumped on top of them, both falling to the ground.
They rolled around, dirt clouding the air, each trying to get the upper-hand. Finally, Jeongguk rolled on top, pointing the gun at the stranger. Except, it wasn't a stranger. It was Jennie.
"Jennie?" Jeongguk whispered, slowly getting off of his sister and dropping the gun to the ground. She got up as well, dusting the dirt and leaves off of her all-black clothes.
"Jeongguk." She stated simply, not seeming too excited about their meeting.
"Jennie, oh my God. I thought you were gone! Where were you? Where have you been? Why did you run from me?"
"Jeongguk, calm down. I'll tell you everything in time. Right now, I just could really use some food and some rest. Okay?"
He nodded solemnly, picking up the gun from the ground. He let her begin the walk back to their house.

Taehyung sat down in the very back corner of Jeongguk's massive closet. The lights were off, and he couldn't even see his hand in front of him. Usually, Taehyung wasn't bothered by the dark; however, these were different circumstances and his heart wouldn't stop beating a mile a minute.
He curled his knees up to his chest, wrapping his arms around them. He took in the scent of Jeongguk's hoody around him, yet that didn't even seem to calm him down. He needed the real thing, he needed Jeongguk.
Taehyung locked his eyes to the doorknob, waiting for it to turn and reveal a smiling Jeongguk, just coming to say that it was nothing. Unfortunately, the doorknob did turn, but it wasn't a smiling Jeongguk.
Taehyung held his breath, waiting for the door to open all the way. He was getting ready to jump up into Jeongguk's arms, but he immediately froze when he saw a complete stranger on the other side.
"Hello, Taehyung. My name is Levius Kohan, I'm a friend of Jeongguk's. He had to go to a business meeting, but he texted me to come and get you." The man was tall and muscular, wearing a black shirt and black pants. He looked kind enough to Taehyung, but he was still skeptical.
"Uhm... Why didn't he just tell me himself? And who made all that noise downstairs?"
Levius smiled, "That was me, I'm kind of a clutz. Don't worry, though, it wasn't a robber or anything."
