Wolves' Howling High [Completed]

~ Chapter 10 ~

A/n: Sorry for not updating~! T^T I'll try to update more chapters in this book. Luckily I have school holidays...

After leaving for Art Class, in the hallways, Alpha and I heard something. We both saw someone near the Art Classroom. That someone brought some kind of amulet. But instead of running away, both of us walked towards that person. Alpha suddenly hold my hand. Preventing me from walking any further.

"What's the matter?" I asked Alpha.

"I don't think we should approach that person. It could be a huge risk," Alpha looked at me with concern.

"Uh... Okay... I'll just ask that person from a far distance, okay?" I gave Alpha confidence look.

Alpha nodded. So, we stood still until that person saw us both. I clenched my fist tightly and took a deep breath before speaking.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"What do you think, Miss Jewel?" 

I was shocked to hear what I just heard. How does this person know my name?

"How did you know my name?!" I shouted.

"Don't shout! You're gonna make me run away from you," That person stated.

"Just... just say what you're doing here first, Stalker!" I gritted my teeth in anger.

Alpha stood in front and his tail was swinging very softly and slowly. Is he calm about this? 

"Jewel, Let me talk to this person," Alpha sounded serious.

I stood back and let Alpha talk.

"Oh, Lil' Alpha is about to talk," This person sounds more male-like now...

"Would you mind showing yourself to both of us?" Alpha's tail swings from a slow motion to a normal speed.

"Fine... I'm warning you, I might be able to surprise one of you both," The male unknown student walked towards with his hood still on.

Just as he arrived in front of Alpha, he lowered his hood and I hold my mouth, preventing myself to gasp loudly. Alpha wasn't even talking either. I couldn't believe this at all. Everything went so fast that I totally forgot my own elementary friend. He had a smirk on his face and he was still holding some kind of necklace. His mixture colored of blue and purple hair was brushed well and he dressed in a very neat and smart way.

"S-Storm?! What the heck?" Alpha spoke in a surprised tone.

"Heya~ Let's continue this chat, later on, ~" Storm walked inside the Art Class, left both me and Alpha dumbfounded.

We entered the Art Class and went on our studies. Of course, we had one last lesson. That would be Physical Education. I wasn't that type of werewolf that likes to play outside. But, I had to. Why? It's because of the 'Lunar Games'. I must win that game! After that, I would do the same thing for the next following years. I couldn't stand being the loner type anymore!

After Art Class, I went into the girls' washroom to change. While I was there, I could hear some gossips. I hid behind one of the cubicles and try my best not to make much noise. My ears faced towards the left side and I could hear what was the conversation.

"Did you hear about that cute galaxy haired boy?" One of them squealed.

"I heard that he moved here for a rivalry reason..." Another said.

"That's probably because of that innocent wolf. Poor her. Doesn't know anything about her friends." They giggled and left the washroom.

I sighed lowly. My ears twitched and I rubbed it. I shook my head, trying to get those things away. I changed into my sports outfit and left the washroom. I tied my sneakers tightly and ran outside. Everyone in my class was there. Except for one.

"Hey Jewel!" One of my classmates waved over.

"Hey guys! Where's Alpha?" I asked.

"He's probably still in the washroom" They replied back.

"Oh, I see," I smiled.

Our Physical Education teacher came with some kind of pole. He stood still and held the pole tightly in his hand. I looked carefully at him and he looks very familiar. Then the teacher checked everyone's attendance until he called out Alpha.

"Alpha Lokstone?" The teacher called.

"Here! I'm so sorry for being late!" Alpha came running and huffed.

"That's okay. Where were you, Young Man?" The teaher asked him.

"I have some business to take care of earlier. It's okay now," Alpha sighed.

"Uhuh... Alright! Now, your lesson today would be wolf transformation. I would like everyone to partner up and practice. As for Jewel, I'll take you as my personal student," The teacher explained.

I nodded. It's usually either me or one of my classmates that would be trained by the teacher. I stood next to the teacher and he had a smile on his face.

"Miss Conny," He called my name.

"Sir. What should I do for today?" I asked. "If it's okay, I would like Mister Lockstone to join us."

"Hm... I can't say no to you. So... Mister Lockstone! Come here!" The teacher shouted for Alpha and Alpha came towards us.

"Yes, Sir!" Alpha looked very nervous.

"Today, you'll be trained by me with Jewel as your partner. Is that okay with you?" The teacher asked Alpha and I just watch them.

Alpha nodded in agreement and the teacher smiled.

"Alright, Miss Conny. Please demonstrate your last transformation process," The teacher stated.

I nodded and did as I was told. I closed my eyes and focus on my main objective. But, something came to my mind. That conversation I heard from the washroom. It flooded my thoughts and it angers me. Instead of transforming into a wolf. I was transformed into a black fox. I opened my eyes and looked up to my teacher and Alpha who seemed quite shocked.

"Miss Conny... What happened? Why aren't you a wolf?" My teacher questioned me as I tried my best to stand on two feet as a fox.

"I can't tell... I must have the wrong though..." I wobbled and fall back as I tried to stand on two feet.

"You're quite rare my dear," My teacher stated.

"Rare?" Alpha asked in confusion and curiosity.

"Yes, rare," The teacher stated.

Rare??? What does that mean? Am I dangerously going to extinct? If so, how will I survive?
