Jaden: 'Allo governors and welcome back to my top ten lists. Today's list will be the infamous Psychic type. One of the most powerful types, especially in the first generation.

Twilight: Where are we?

Jaden: We are in a temple on top of the Himalayas.

Book: Why here?

Jaden: Let's say that the meditation here requires a strong mind.

Book: Oh ok.

Number 10

Jaden: Starting things off with probably a forgetful Gen 5 Pokemon, we have Reuniclus. I like this Pokemon because it is very good in competitive and its origins interest me being based off of cell division. And the design is pretty cool.

Twilight: Just don't run a physical set, it's a terrible physical attacker.

Number 9

Jaden: Next up, we have the Prism Pokemon known as Necrozma. It's mainly low because I didn't like battling against its final form. Though out of all the people I know that play the game, I was the only one who beat it on their first try.

Book: And that everyone is a badass right there.

Number 8

Jaden: For the number 8 spot, we have Gardevoir. While majestic and powerful, it does have its flaws. While it may be one of the best Pokemon to use competitively, it is super frail to physical attacks and its Pokedex entry makes no sense.

Twilight: Creates a small blackhole to protect its trainer.

Book: That would either not work or kill us all.

Number 7

Jaden: Why wouldn't Alakazam be on the list? It's an OG Psychic type.

Book: Of course.

Twilight: There really isn't much to say.

Number 6

Jaden: And also, we've got to add the original Legendary Pokemon, Mewtwo. It is the original legendary Pokemon and the only other Pokemon to get two mega evolutions.

Book: Though, its X Mega evolution is a bit odd if you think about it.

Jaden: That is true.

Number 5

Jaden: Check out the Dragon type list for Latios' reasoning.

Number 4

Jaden: The lake guardians are a bunch of interesting Pokemon, all with different features. My favourite is the offensive one, Azelf.

Twilight: Why is that one the one to be on the list?

Jaden: While Uxie is good, it was a pain to catch and it can be annoying to battle. Also, Mesprit literally sucks.

Twilight: Oh.

Jaden: Azelf on the other hand, it can easily defeat any Pokemon in its way. With its high attacking power, most opponents are easily defeated.

Number 3

Jaden: Check out the Steel type list for Metagross' reasoning.

Number 2

Jaden: Check out the Steel type list for Jirachi's reasoning.

Number 1

Jaden: Check out the Fighting type list for Gallade's reasoning.
