The plan was not that simple really, but multiple things could still go wrong with it. My drive here from the facility had been a long one. It was night time, which meant most humans were asleep and the vampires would come out to play.

Driving to the old abandoned warehouse, I noticed dark tinted windows, some of which were broken. My black BMW was sleek and hidden in the foliage.

I parked quietly and belted on my katana, making my way to the front. The gate was already broken from some time ago, since there was a layer of rust on it. Perhaps high school kids on a dare who never knew any better. From my hidden eyes in the shadows, high school children were immature and completely ignorant of the consequences of their actions.

From the looks of this, nobody had been here for quite a while. Looking left and right to make sure nobody was around, I quietly slunk into the house like a cat. The hardwood floor was sleek and nice, although dust on it.

It would have been  problem for me, but since I was trained by the highest professionals Salvatore could find, I knew exactly how to pass through without allowing my presence to be known. I spun around and jumped, holding the top of the door.

I pulled myself up and evenly distributed my weight to climb ontop of the door, using the wall as support. I slowly stood up so I was now literally standing on top of the door, keeping myself steady so the door wouldn't swing. 5 feet away, I noticed a window with a wide ledge.

I took a deep breath then jumped with all my might, easily grabbing hold and swinging myself over. I crouched down and surveyed the place below.

The entire place was bare and empty, a layer of dust covering everything.

This would do well for what we needed to do. A giant staircase led to the second floor which had railings, to allow people to see the first floor but allow some safety precaution.

The wood flooring gave way to cement. I took a deep breath. I could detect wood, cardboard, and stale air from lack of movement.

There were enough windows and doors to allow a swift get away, and enough space for multiple people to fight.

Very well, indeed.

I grabbed my phone quickly from my pocket and dialed 9 numbers. Salvatore picked up on the second ring.

"Salvatore." He spoke in his usual stiff voice.

"I found a place where it would work. 185 Hunters Way, down the street where an old abandoned warehouse was not yet completed. No movement detected and big enough area. 34 windows, 12 doors, and 9 fire escapes with 3 stories high." I said without a greeting, getting straight to the point.

"Very well, return and we'll be there in 2400." He hung up.

Using the same way I got in here, I easily managed to get out.

This was the first time I had been out here alone, without anyone accompanying me outside the facility.

I never dwelled on the thought, just focusing on getting the job done and getting back home.

When I got back to my room, I took out my hair elastic and reached for the comb which had been left on my bed. I paused for a moment. Something blue caught my eye and I flipped back my pillow. There, on my bed, was a dark blue note, almost unseen.

I picked it up.

The warehouse will be adjusted as I see fit. Part 2 of the plan will commence in 20 minutes.
