"Oh, there's one." he muttered softly, gesturing into the plain beyond their hiding place. Only a few simple yards away stood a unicorn, head bowed as it grazed quietly. "We ready?"

"Yeah." his assistant replied, equally quiet. She held a camera, pointing it out of the bush. "Script?" she held it up, pointing it at him. He just nodded, raising the microphone to his mouth. She held up three fingers, then two, then one.

"Our patience, however, pays off eventually. A single unicorn, majestic and mighty, wanders into this grassy glade to eat. You can see its pale white fur easily, but pay particular attention to the subtle rainbow sheen as it moves. We're not sure what causes it yet; my money's on it being the magical power." he turned to watch the unicorn for a while. "The mane on this one's a wonderful white, too, though it's lacking the rainbow glimmer. Couple it with the small horn, and we can assume this is a rather young specimen." he felt a gentle touch on his back and turned to face the camera again. "I'm certain that this young one will have a glorious life ahead of it. For now, though, we can leave it to its meal, and check on the mermaid shore." he grew quiet and still. The camerawoman gave it a couple of seconds, then nodded as she lowered the camera.

"What the heck? You know you're not meant to turn your back to the camera."

"Come on, there's a unicorn in the field. Why wouldn't I look?" he replied. "We didn't mention the hypnotic effect. Even knowing there's a unicorn there is enough to convince people to behave, right?"

"Well, yeah, I guess, but..."

"Look, there's been a lot of crap in my life, but this job is helping me out, okay? I'm grateful, and that's a huge resonance with these guys."

"I-I guess so, but..."

"Look, let's... let's just get going, yeah?" he sighed, shuffling away from the glade. The camerawoman glanced at the unicorn, then followed him back into the woods.
