Chapter 11

Lauren's P.O.V

"Lauren come on, or we're leaving without you." said Dani meanly. I looked at Lisa and she just mouthed "you can do it."

Me and Lisa walked downstairs where Dani and Ryan were talking.

Stay calm, Lauren. Dont let them get to you. Not now.

"Bye guys." waved Christina.

We all walked outside. Ryan was in the front Dani in the passenger me and Lisa in the back.

Dani reached for Ryans hand, and he gave it to her. ITS OK. ITS OK. I CAN DO THIS.

"Hey Ryan. Both hands on the road!" I called out. I then covered my mouth and turned to Lisa.

She winked but I was full of embaressment. I buried my head in my hands the whole way.

"We're here." said Ryan as he parked. I got out the car followed by Lisa. Ryan opened Dani's car door.

AWWW.

MAN.

Lisa squeezed my hand as in saying good job. I weakly smiled at her.

"So what do you guys wanna go on first?" asked Dani.

"Uhh. How about you and Ryan go somewhere and me and Lisa go the opposite?" I suggested. I dont wanna have to face them the whole time we're here.

Lisa punched my shoulder. "No. We should all go on rides TOGETHER." said Lisa glaring at me.

I sighed and nodded sadly.

"How about that roller coaster?" said Ryan pointing to a roller coaster.

"No, I-"

"Of course!" said Lisa cutting me off. I know she's trying to help but its too much.

We all walked over to the roller coaster. It was a short line so we got on quickly.

Ryan and Dani sat together of course. Me and Lisa sat behind them.

"I get scared of roller coasters sometimes." said Dani eyeing Ryan.

WHAT! No she doesnt. She's the dare devil. She goes on roller coasters bigger than this. ALONE. AT THE FRONT!

"Dont worry. I'll protect you. Here. Hold my hand." he said holding out his hand. She grabbed it.

"WHAT!" I shouted. "Protect her? If she's buckled up she'll be fine! And Dani just ask him to hold you hand! Cut the act! You know your not scared of roller coasters. BIGGEST LIE EVER!" I said sitting back in my seat.

"Lauren, mind you business!" snapped Dani.

I rolled my eyes and turned my face away from her.

"Laur." whispered Lisa. I turned to look at her.

"Calm down. They already know somethings up!" said Lisa. I nodded and waited for the ride to start.

Dani quickly squeezed is hand and moved closer to him. He kissed her forehead.

I gripped my hands trying to remain calm. When the ride went to the top I heard Ryan say. "Here we go."

No kidding. Mr. Obvious.

The ride zoomed by fast. Lisa was screaming. Dani was and Ryan. I just sat there emotionless. I wanna go home.

We decided it was time to eat. I order a large funnel cake! No fruit on top. Lisa ordered a hot dog and small funnel cake. Ryan ordered 2 corn dogs. Dani ordered a milkshake. Ha. Usually she orders what I get.

We sat down and started talking. And by we I mean Ryan and Dani.

Me and Lisa were eating like pigs. THERE'S NO TIME TO TALK.

"Lauren?" I looked up and saw Dani looking at me.

"What." I had a mouth full of food. Lisa laughed and Ryan just stared.

"Can I talk to you?"

I nodded and we went away from them.

"So what did y-"

"It WASNT my idea to invite you. So it would be best if you shutup the rest of the way, because your getting on my last nerves. RYAN IS MINE!" she growled before she took off.

Thats it. Im going home. I ran to the table to find them all talking.

"Lisa, Im going home." I told her.

"What. Why?" she asked.

"I need to go." I said.

"Okay, I'll drive you." offered Ryan.

"No. Christina's coming to get me." I said before I left them.

Lisa ran after. "So whats REALLY wrong." she asked.

"I told you I couldnt do it. Dani doesnt want me here. So Im leaving." I told her still walking.

"Wait. What did Dani say?" she stopped me from walking.

"She said she didnt want to invite me. That Im pissing her off and I should just shutup the rest of the day." I told her.

"Lets go." said Lisa grabbing me.

"Where are we going!?" I asked.

She didnt answer instead she just dragged me all the way to "them"

"Dani! APLOGIZE!" demanded Lisa.

"Lisa.." I whispered.

"No Lauren. She's going to apologize and your going to stop letting her push you around!" yelled Lisa.

"I just wanna go home." I told her as I stood up and walked away.

"YEA! RUN AWAY! COWARD!" yelled Dani.

Tears started to spill from my eyes.

"RUNNING AWAY FROM YOUR PROBLEMS AGAIN ARENT YA!" she yelled again.

Ignore her. Ignore it.

"RUNNING SINCE THE DAY YOU WERE BORN!" Dani shouted.

I stopped in my tracks. Frozen. I couldnt move. I turned around and walked to Dani.

"I hate you. And I always will. Your a worthless, heartless idiot. Who Im ashamed to call my sister. I might be a coward. But at least I have a heart. At least I know when Im wrong and when Im right. At least I know.." I paused. Everybosy was looking at me. "At least I know who you REALLY are."

I did it. I stood up for myself. I finally did it.

Nobody said anything. Ryan looked the most shocked because he doesnt know anything. It was an uncomfortable silence.

"Bye." I said before walking away.

Lisa came with me. "You did it." she smiled. I smiled back too. A real one.

I did it.

My power was out for 2 hours so I wrote 3 new chapters. The 3rd one isnt finished yet though. ;D Look forward to it later.
