Chapter 37

Lisa's P.O.V

"Katherine, I dont wanna get a job!" I pouted.

"You've been sitting in this house for a week! I need help paying the bills!"

"You sound like my wife." I mumbled. "But ok! I will go job searching today." I told her.

She smiled and walked out the door for work. "I dont feel like getting up." I said.

I looked at the time. 9:27. I'll go job searching at 2:30. Right now.. I just wanna sleep.

Beep. Beep. Beep. My alarm clock rung loudly making me scream in annoyance. I pressed snooze and tryed to go to sleep, when I remember I need to go job searching.

I forced myself out the bed and into the shower. Once I got out I put on a plain pink dress and flats, curled my hair and added a little makeup.

I stepped out the bathroom and walked outside. I hopped into my car and began to drive down the road.

I came across a building, and went inside to check it out. I found a lady at the front and asked for a application. She handed me one to fill out in the waiting room.

As I walked into the waiting room, I took my spot in a chair. I dont want to fill this out its too long.

"Excuse me, have you seen this girl?" someone asked me. I shot my head to the picture and saw.. me?

It was a picture of me! Is someone looking for me? I looked up to see, a face I thought I'd never see in my life.

"L-Lis-sa?" she stuttered as a tear rolled down her face.

I dropped the application and pen and looked at her. "No, it c-cant be y-you." I said backing away.

"Its me." she sniffed.

I looked at her and started to cry. "I- I thought you were dead."

She smiled softly and said, "I missed you."

I ran to her and gave her a huge hug as I cried into her shoulder. "Please! Please, dont ever leave me! I- I need you. P-please."

"Its okay! I wont leave you, Lisa." she said holding back tears.

I buried my face in her jacket and smiled softly through my tears. "I dont hate you. I love you Chrissy."
