Chapter 30

Katherine's P.O.V

"Dani! Wheres Christina and Lisa?" I asked from the kitchen.

"Good question. Bad one to ask me." she said grabbing a jar of nutella.

I rolled my eyes. "You were the last one to see them."

"What does that mean? I dont know where they went." she said aiming for the spoons.

"Oh my gosh, Dani give me something!" I told her annoyed.

"I dont know anything!" she protested with a mouth full of nutella.

"Did you get a note yesterday?" I asked.

"No." she lied to my face.

I suddenly got aggrivated. "Well, they didnt come home lastnight, so Im worried."

"They'll be back! You worry too much!" she said leaving the kitchen.

I turned the stove off and grabbed my phone. I dialed Christina but it went straight to voicemail. The same with Lisa.

I placed my phone on the counter and left the kitchen. "Grandma! Have you seen Christina and Lisa!?" I yelled.

"No!" she yelled back.

Ugh. Where could they be. I walked upstairs to the room I share with Christina. Closed the door and stared out the window.

"LISA'S BACK!" I heard Dani yelled.

I went downstairs to see Lisa.. and a complete stranger. "Hi, who are you?" I asked the person.

"The names Maggie." she answered. She has a very raspy, unsteady voice. She's goth Im guessing? She has several piercing, short black hair, spike boots, dark purple lipstick, green eyes, black and white clothing, and a few.. "offensive" tattoos.

"Hi.. Im Katherine and this is Dani." I turned to see Dani looking Maggie up and down.

"So Lisa? How'd you find.. Maggie?" Dani asked curiously.

"Social networking. I wouldve came home lastnight but me and Maggie lost track of time, so I crashed at her spot." Lisa said plainly.

"Crashed?" Dani questioned.

"Yea. Well me and Maggie are gonna go upstairs." Lisa motioned Maggie upstairs.

"I dont like her." Dani said straight forwardly.

"Hey! Maybe she's a nice girl. Dont judge her by her looks." I told Dani.

She huffed and went to put away her nutella.

I walked up to my room listening to music. When Maggie burst in my room.

I unplugged my headphones and began to speak but she immediately cut me off. "Can I borrow $5?"

I raised my eyebrow. "Uh, no."

"Oh come on! Please!" she asked.

"Ask Lisa! And I barely even k-"

Before I finished she slammed the door and walked out. Rude much?

I turned odf my music and started to write a few lines of poetry until Dani's loud scream pierced my ears. She screams so loud.

I walked over to Dani's room she shares with Lisa and gave her a questioning look.

"Why are you yelling?" I asked.

"S-spider!" she pointed out.

Maggie then rushed into the room followed by Lisa. "Did someone say SPIDER!" Lisa yelled.

"Yo, chill." Maggie said. And with that she squished the spider with her index finger and thumb.

Dani gagged and Lisa nearly fainted. I just stared at Maggie oddly. "That was disgusting." I said.

"What? This was nothing. He didnt even have any guts like the waterbugs I usually squish." she shrugged.

"You kill bugs with your bare hands?" Lisa asked.

"Yea, why not? Its really cool and when the guts just ooze out its body its li-"

"OH MY GOSH THATS GROSS!" Dani yelled.

Maggie rolled her eyes and plopped onto Lisa's bed. "Lisa can I talk to you for a sec?" I asked.

She nodded and we walked out. "Can you tell Maggie to get out?" I asked.

"No. She's awesome isnt she?"

"The exact opposite. She's disgusting and very disrespectful!" I explained.

"She's only been here for 10 minutes! Give her a chance Kath." she then left the room where I silently yelled.

Lauren's P.O.V

Me and Amy are just casually walking through NewYork.

"Does it always smell like food here?" I laughed.

"If so, Im staying here forever!" Amy exclaimed.

With that statement we walked over to a hotdog stand. I got one with ketchup and mustard while Amy got a chilli cheese dog. We scarfed them down and threw the remains in the trash.

"Lauren look!" Amy yelled pointing to the most beautiful water fountain ever.

"Thats beautiful! Do you have any coins? Theres a wishing well right next to it!" I jumped excitedly.

She handed me a coin, I dashed over to the wishing well.

I closed my eyes and held the coin tightly. I said the wish in my mind and threw it inside. I let a blow and hoped it would come true. Then I joined Amy by the fountain.

"Theres nothing like this back at home." Amy smiled.

I nodded and admired the fountains crystal blue water. It was so calming, I guess it has that affect.

"Come on, lets see some more sights." I suggested.

Amy whined for a bit, but then.gave in.

We passed several stores, markets, beautiful things that caught my eyes every now and then.

"Oh my god your Lauren Cimorelli!!!!" a tall blonde haired girl came up to me yelling.

"H-hi." I replied shyly. No one has ever came up to me like this. We dont even have anymore fans.

"My names Jessy! I grew up listening to you, ever since you made songs on your doorstep, to when you got signed and became a popular teen band! I've always wanted to meet you!" she smiled brightly, but I was just filled with guilt.

"Thanks." was all I said. She stared at me oddly.

"Are you ok?" she asked.

I nodded and left her with strange expressions. She didnt notice Amy since she's in disguise. How could a fan ruin my day so quickly?

"Im gonna head back to the hotel." I told Amy. Before she could say anything, I ran in the opposite direction.

I rushed back into the hotel room and plopped on my bed. I threw my things anywhere, I'll clean it up later.

I sighed and curled into a little ball as I checked my twitter. Hate comments as usual. I havent tweeted in a while.. but I have something I need to get off my chest. I hesitantly began to type my thoughts and feelings.

Boy.. Im gonna reget this later.
