⊰Backstory- When Tora was 12, her parents vanished. Tora moved in with her godparents, whete Tora began to get into mechanics. At 16, Tora moved away and joined the federation of inventions run by the government. Throughout her whole life, Tora has always been trying to create a device to manipulatate time so she'd be able to find out what happened to her parents. Her first ecperiment was the time chip. It would allow the user to manipulate time. She's still working on it.
