Your pov~
It's been a year since Ozpin tried to get (Y/n) to go to his school after his refusal to go. In (Y/n)'s mind everyone is below him and he is superior to all of them because of his devil side. He has continued to wander all around Remnant to gain more power until he finally reached a tower that wreaked of demonic influence just miles outside Atlas.
(Y/n): I can feel the power coming from this place *examines the outside* it looks like it's been here since the era of Sparda...
He continues to examine the tower until he spots a door that leads inside the tower. When he walked inside he was surprised to see that the tower was covered in ice. But that wasn't all he felt that a demonic artifact was in the tower. As he looks towards the direction he sees what looks like a three headed dog guarding the door that would lead to the artifact
(Y/n): *glares* an annoyance great... *A small smirk is shown on his face knowing that this will be a interesting fight*

Cerberus: you worm! I'll Destroy you!
(Y/n): you speak to your better mutt. *Aims his sword at Cerberus*
Cerberus: you might hold a demonic weapon but that won't stop your death! *Breaks the chain that holds him back*
(Ready for me to horribly write a fight?!)
Cerberus started to shoot ice at (Y/n) and also make massive icicles fall from the sky to crush or impale him. But it wasn't working as (Y/n) continued to teleport out of the way every time with not one coming close to hitting him.
(Y/n): thought you'd be stronger *he summons blue swords* oh well
He starts summoning more swords and continues to shoot them at Cerberus to break his ice armor. Once the armor on the heads broke (Y/n) started to unleash a storm of slices at Cerberus until all of his heads but one fell off and turned to dust.
Cerberus: impossible! How could a mortal defeat me! *He collapses to the ground*
(Y/n) walks pass the body of the demon dog and enters the room it fought to protect. When he enters all that can be seen is a golden gem sitting on a pedestal. (Y/n) walks over to it and examines it to realize what it is by the stories his father told him when he was younger.
(Y/n): if I'm correct this can bring one back to life... *He glares at it* this does nothing for me! *He goes to leave it until he looks at the body of Cerberus*.....
Cerberus pov~
Cerberus: That boy defeated me... I can feel it.. I'm slowly dieing... I failed the one job I had.....
As his eyes were about to shut for the last time he felt his body begin to fill with power and energy. He even felt the two heads he lost grow back
Cerberus: how is this possible?....
???: Because of me
Cerberus turns around to see the boy he fought
Cerberus: you used the artifact to let me live.... Why?
???: Simple really... Your more useful than the artifact and by the way I see it you owe you life to me now..
Cerberus: you are correct *does a some what bow* you are now my master...
(Y/n) pov~
He smirks as he watches his now follower/companion
Y/n: come Cerberus... We have much to do
