"Jessica, Mr. Smith wants to see you in his office" Hanji said to me.

Jean grabbed my hand tightly under the table "You don't have to go" he whispered.

"I know..." I murmured "If he wants to see me he'll have to get his lazy ass up and come to me" I said earning a chuckle from Hanji.

The class looked at me in shock "I will relay that message" Hanji said.

"So you like really stabbed him with a pen, that scared the shit out of me" Eren said chuckling at lunch.

I laughed lightly "I think I surprised everyone" I said.

"I almost fainted, I was already nervous about getting in trouble and then that happened" Armin said.

"Jessica you are my hero" Mikasa said "you hardly had any hesitation, you just went for it"

"I am pretty badass aren't I?" I said smirking.

"yeah yeah whatever" Jean chuckled.

"what I dont understand is why you're so short, both of your parents are pretty  tall" Eren said.

".....shut up" I said.

After dropping Jean off at his house I entered mine and I saw my mum sitting at the couch. I had told her about Erwin and everything already the day before.

"We're going for a drive Jessica" mum said.

"Ok... why?" I asked.

"I need to talk to you" mum said walking out and going to her car.

"alright ..." I exited the house after closing the door and I went to her car. Mum got in and then I did, she started driving "so what did you want to talk about?" I asked.

"I drive until we get to destination" Mum said.

"um ok...." I said. She sure is acting weirder than usual. After awhile my mum pulled up at a house. "um... where are we?" I asked. She didn't say anything and just got out of the car motioning me to follow, and I did.

Mum knocked at the door and soon it was opened by a surprised Erwin.

"Anastasia?" Erwin asked and I growled at him.

"No, Nina. Ana's sister, you take daughter. She needs father, she is a very disobedient girl. Your problem now for a week" mum said.

"What?!?! I am not staying with him!" I growled.

"I can't just take her..." Erwin said.

"She has a very bad boyfriend, be careful" mum said, she ran to the car and tossed out my school bag and a suit case. "bye bye" she waved getting in her car and driving off.

"........SHE JUST FUCKING ABANDONED ME! TRAITOR!!!" I yelled angrily.

"So.... I guess your staying with me then.." Erwin said

I glared at him "Fuck no, I'm staying somewhere else" I said.

"..no.. your ..your staying with me whether you like it or not" Erwin said grabbing my bags and taking them inside.

I thought for awhile "Ok... fine" I said following him in, I had a plan. "now where am I going to be sleeping?" I asked.

"There's a guest room ...I'll show you it" Erwin said quietly and led me to it.

I grabbed my bags from him and looked around, there's a window, good. "Now get out"

"no, we should talk" Erwin said.

I looked at his bandaged arm "Did you have to go to the doctor?" I asked.

Erwin nodded "Yeah.. and I had to get stitches" he said

"Good" I said simply.

Erwin frowned "Jessica don't be like that" he said.

"You left me, I'll act however I want to" I said.

"I'm sorry..." Erwin said quietly.

"You dont even have an excuse do you?" I asked.

"....I dont" Erwin said quietly.

"Yeah I thought-" I stopped what I was saying and grabbed my phone answering it. "hey Jean" I said.

"where are you? I need help with my homework" Jean said.

"...I'm at Erwins house, my mum dumped me off here for a week. I don't know what she's thinking she's stupid" I said.

"That's fucking ridiculous!! You don't have your car do you?" Jean asked.

"Nope... I gotta go.. I love you I'll talk to you later" I said.

"I love you too, dont do anything stupid" he said.

I laughed lightly "byee" I said hanging up.

"...was that your boyfriend?" Erwin asked.

"Yes it was" I said.

"Does he go to the same school as you?" Erwin asked.

"Yes, Jean Kirstein, he was in your office with me" I said.

"Jean Kirstein?! You can't date him he's a really bad student" Erwin said.

"I don't care" I said and pushed him out then slammed the door close.
