A few days later Peter walked down the halls at his school, hearing the muffled voices of all his peers. Some of them looked at him sympathetically. He didn't blame them though. He had big, red bags under his eyes. He hadn't slept in 4 days, not since the night of that shooting when he had that nightmare. The worse part about the nightmare is that still haunted him, even when he was awake. He can't get the image of Tony and MJ being shot and killed out of his head. He knows it was just a dream, but that doesn't mean that it can't become reality. He had become jittery and hypersensitive to every little thing going on around him. Every time a book drops, he jumps up and gets ready to fight and protect.
Tony, MJ, Ned, and everyone else was worried about him. They want to help him, but each time they try to, he just pushes them away. It was like no matter how hard they tried to hold on to him, he slips away from them a little more each day. MJ wouldn't admit it, but she tried the hardest to try to get through to him. Usually, she would just draw him in her sketch book, but she let him, and all his cuteness, into her heart. She never thought she would, but she fell in love with him. She loved him so much, maybe too much, which is why it hurts so bad too see him suffering. She has read many psychological books about grieving and PTSD, and she still has no idea how to help him. She cries every night because she just wants his suffering to stop.Peter was in AP Chemistry, when he was called to the principals office. Oh great! What is it, this time? He thought. He went to Principal Morita's Office, and sat down in the chair opposite of t Morita. "Mr. Parker, many of student and teachers have expressed their worries about you. They say you've been jittery in class, and you always seem tense when someone tries to talk to you. And I don't even have to explain their worries over the bags under your eyes. Can you please tell me what's going on? Is there a problem at home, we need to address? Is there a problem with one of your peers at or outside of school?"
"No. There's nothing going on." Peter said in a monotone voice.
"Mr. Park... Peter we are really worried here. There is obviously something that is happening. Or maybe it's something that already happened? What do we need to do to help you? Do you need a couple days off school? Or maybe guidance from the counselor? Anything?"
"Sir, I am fine." Peter said a little louder than he meant to. All of the sudden Morita closed his eyes like he fell asleep. When he opened them they were white all over.
"Spiderman... good to see you. I see you've taken my threat to heart. Which is exactly what I wanted, bahahahaha."
"Who are... Mysterio?"
"Glad you know who I am. Anyways, in case you don't remember Jeremy's words, I am coming and I will show you no mercy."
"You mean Jeremy Briggs, the kid you murdered after sending him to shoot a bunch of kids at a party!"
"Yep, that's the one. Man he was the funnest person to be around. He was strong, tried to fight back. I love when people fight back, just so I can fight back harder and kill them. I wander which one of your friends would be funner to play with. Will it be Michelle, the feisty one that fell in love with you. Tony who keeps everything hidden underneath. Or maybe Ned who tried to use your 'secret identity' as a key to popularity."
"No! Don't you dare go near them!" Peter screamed, not able to hide his fear or tears. Morita came back, and wandered what just happened, and why Peter was crying. "I need a couple days off school." Peter said and then ran out of the school, and ran back home.A/N: OMG! 14k views. Y'all are the best, which is why I gift you with this new chapter!
