62/Exploring With Brennen prt 1

Y/N POV

I walked downstairs in some denim shorts that had buttons instead of a zip, they came down to just above mid thy then fray. I was just wearing a black bikini top under my merch hoodie Sam's one million hoody to be precise. I saw Brennen and Colby standing in the doorway organizing Brennen's intro from what I heard and Brennen saw me.

"Hey Y/N, how you doing baby grill," he asks. "Good daddy," I say and we laugh. I hug him and Colby slips his finger through my back belt loop. Brennen says grill instead of girl, why? his reason...because I'm hot.

Colby and Brennen filmed his intro and I was now included in the entire video today, yay!

Brennen was showing me and Colby the pictures that he had gotten developed from the camera he found. We were looking at it. Colby would look at a picture and then pass it to me.

"Can I swear real quick?" I ask, "yeah I'll bleep it" Brennen confirmed, "what the fuck is this?" I asked, "this is some creepy cult shit, sorry" I paused "that's what we said, cuss words and all" Brennen explained. I nodded and we looked through the rest. Colby and Brennen said they were going to go explore the place where these were taken and I agreed to go with, because why not.

We got to the place and instantly the road signs matched with the pictures. Billy compared them to the pictures.

"Oh, I remember seeing that," I said and Billy showed the camera, which was held by Brennen's brother Jake, they all nodded. We started walking and because it was so hot all the boys took off their shirts. I admired Colby's shirtless form.

"Damn, it's so hot...I'm gonna faint," I say and Colby looks at me worried, "what are you wearing underneath?" Brennen asks, Colby glares at him. "A bikini top" I reply, "just take it off then, you're in a bikini," Colby says. I nod and turn from the camera to pull it off.

(it wasn't a skanky top, it covered everything but instead of an open front, it had multiple strings crossing at the back that tied at the top. like a corset.)

We continued walking.

"I'm looking at the pictures of these trees and they all look the same, it could be any tree here," Brennen says looking at the pictures.

"Yeah but think, it was a long time ago and also, the tree is nothing more than a marker, there were more obvious signs of where to go," I say, "she's not wrong. I mean there are better indications" Jake says. Brennen nods.

Brennen's POV

"Do you know where the cave is?" I ask Colby, "yeah it's just up the trail," Colby says pointing up where we need to go. I look and Colby is covering his stomach. "Bro stop hiding out, extra views getting to see Colby Brock shirtless" I laugh. Y/N ties her hoodie around her waist and I can see Colby is a little agitated by the fact she's dressed like this with only boys around, all of us shirtless.

"I ate Chick-fil-a," Colby says lying. "No, you didn't" I laugh throwing my head back. Billy, Y/N, and Jake laugh and I chuckle. "I had french fries..fuck" Colby swears quietly as I laugh over top, "you had A french fry" I yell and we all laugh. We cut the camera.

"you good Y/N," I ask she nods, "you boys good?" she asks we all nod. "So I watched your last video yeah?" she says, "yeah" I respond. "Well I was watching and I was going to text you today, you were in the tunnel and found the bag, it looked like it hadn't been there long, like a year at most...what is it was dumped there? like, cause we've seen the photos and even the video where you showed them, they are creepier in person. That's not the point...what if it was dumped never wanting to be found again?" she makes a valid point.

"I don't know, that's what we've been trying to figure out" Billy answers. Y/N lets go of Colby's hand. "yeah because I thought that at first" Jake pauses "but I agree with Brennen a bit the pictures are almost too instructive. Those are like landmarks kind of" Jake says. y/N and Colby nod. "True" Y/N says slowly, I watch her think. I sometimes forget how much like one of the guys she is.
