Y/N POV

I was dragged to the club with my boys, it started as a nice dinner and then the drinks came. We were eating fries and I was taking a few snaps of Colby and posting them. I filmed the place we were at and then we got up to dance. Colby pulled me to my feet and he had his first beer in his hand. He grabbed my hand as we danced to I Miss You by Blink 182. He spun me under his arm and then pulled me closer. I pouted and he rolled his eyes passing me his beer. I take a few chugs and he pulls it away from me taking a swig himself. The drink is almost finished. The club stops to shout the lines everyone knows. 

"WHERE ARE YOU!? AND I'M SO SORRY! I CANNOT SLEEP I CANNOT DREAM TONIGHT!" The blub sings. I have to hand it to the Australians they have good vibes in the club. We laughed as the boys got up to join us as they put on the next few remixes. Colby and I finished the bottle and he put it on a nearby table and we danced. He watched me jump and swing my hips and dance around like a crazy person. He spun me under our joined hands and then passed me to Sam. We danced together just being crazy. 

Sam and I joined both our hands and turned around as we raised them over our heads. Sam got stuck because he was too tall and he fell pulling me down with him. Elton and Corey were laughing at us. Colby was sitting on the table with a new drink. He winked at me and I rolled my eyes. I took a picture of Colby sitting on the table with the blue lights making for an amazing photo. 

We danced around and sang to the music and drank. I ate a few more wedges before I started saving room for drinks. The song was a weird remix of electronic sounds and a song from 2017. I stood leaning my back against Colby's front, we swayed slightly waiting for a good song. Colby handed me a cup and without thinking twice I drank from it. He smiled at me as the whiskey burned my throat. He chuckles and I finish the cup. I look around to see Elton and Corey are nowhere to be seen, Sam isn't here either. 

"Where are they?" I ask. Colby looks around and points to outside. Outside there are tables and chairs, they have small ones inside for putting drinks on while you dance. As I see them all talking I feel the light brush of Colby's lips on my neck. I tilt my head so he can access my neck. He leans in again and Mr. Doctor Man starts playing. Colby decides this is the perfect time for us really dance. He kisses down my neck and walks forward a bit out onto the dance floor. I watch people wonder what song it is, and those who don't care dance. 

I move my hips in time with Colby's as he uses his hands to guide them. He then drops one and moves the other to hold my waist. It comes to the slow part of the song. I turn to him and run my hand over his torso. I lean up and kiss him. The song picks up again and we jump around and we laugh and yell the lyrics over the music. When the song finishes he pulls me close to him and we hug, he kisses my head. 

The night goes on and the others join us. Then I witness something absolutely ridiculous. Elton is standing in front of Colby while Colby does the most ridiculous dance I've ever seen.  Colby flaps his arms and rolls his hips into Elton's rear. He then starts swinging his arms and still thrusting/grinding on Elton. I laugh and film at the same time. Colby bites his lip at me and I stop filming and almost die laughing. Colby comes up to me as I post the video. 

"Our turn" he growls and pulls me out onto the dance floor. A song comes on and Colby and I instantly start doing 'our dance' but more sexual. Elton and Sam film. Colby starts grinding into me as we move our hips. He then uses his finger to tilt my head as he sucks on and kisses my neck. "Fuck it" he mumbles he stops dancing and starts actually grinding into me. I let out an involuntary moan. "Colby stop," I say and he does, we go back to dancing. "Sorry," he says. "It's fine, I liked it" I peck his lips. He smirks. 

At quarter to one, they announce they're playing the last songs of the night, which means slow songs. They put on a song and Elton Corey and Elton take turns at dancing with me. 

The song ends I watch Colby look at Sam. I walk over and pull Sam close to me. I wrap my arms around his neck he hesitantly wraps his arms around my middle. "What's up?" I ask him. "Kat won't mind we've been friends for years," I say quietly to him. "It's not Kat I'm worried about" Sam nods at Colby who's on his phone. "Don't worry about him, he doesn't get as jealous as he used to," I say. Sam then holds me tighter as I rest my head on his shoulder. We sway to the beat. 

"Does Colby tell you he loves you?" Sam asks. "Yeah, why?" I ask. "Just wanted to know if he tells you, that boy is crazy for you," Sam says. "He talks about how much you mean to him...like a lot," Sam says. "Trust me I know, everyone keeps saying he talks about me a lot" I reply. "Just thought you'd want to know" Sam comments. "Can we hang out one day, just the two of us... like Kansas days?" I ask. "Anytime, what would you wanna do?" Sam asks. "I dunno, muck around at the mall maybe a hike, I dunno" I answer. Sam nods and we dance quietly. The song ends and suddenly Alone in a Room comes on. 

I grab Colby and pull him close to me. I wrap my arms around his neck and nuzzle my face into his neck. He does the same and rests his hands on the small of my back. I look up into his eyes as they look back at me. The blue swims in my vision, pools,no...oceans of feelings call for me to join him. I look for something to hold onto, I find love and moments from our past I see the kids from Kansas, I realize how far we've come, from kids in high school, to dancing in a club together completely in love with each other. I see the fear, the hope the love and everything he is to me and everything I am to him. I feel his hand touch my face, I feel his thumb wipe the tears from my cheek. 

Colby looks back at me and I hope he feels it too, everything stands still as his lips press to mine, his breath mixing with mine. He uses his hand to cup my face as I use my thumb to caress his jawline. I want it to be him, I want to live the rest of my life with him. The kiss breaks and he looks at me. "One day, I'll propose to you, just stay with me okay?" he asks. I nod and he kisses me again. The song finishes and the club starts emptying. We get back to the hotel room.
